Movenpick Hotel Istanbul Asia Airport recensioner

Regularly book the hotel for overnight stay due to flight connection in SAW. Good value and service, nice rooms. This time got an room upgrade 🙂 What is missing is a hotel owned shuttle transfer to the airport.

It was a very nice and clean hotel. It is very close to the Istanbul Sabiha airport and there is a mall (3 mins walk), so the location is good. But unfortunately they had drainage issues in the room so it felt like my foot was taking a bath every time I showered.

The hotel suited my business travel very well and I will certainly stay there again when I’m next in Istanbu. Excellent hotel, room and facilities were 100%

Really nice 5-stars hotel. Breakfast is amazing and really 5-minutes taxi to Sabiha Airport (taxi fee roughly 140 TL).

This Hotel Is AMAZING!!!! I Will go back anytime i Will fly from SABIHA GOECKEN Airport. It Is so beautiful, clean, elegant , all the team Is magnificent , welcoming and Always available. Small attentions made with Heart make a stay abroad like being home, but with another culture. I eat very well and also the Spa Is Amazing. Thank you , Movenpick.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and it has some slight problems. One is the food is frightfully frightfully frightfully frightfully expensive. Everything is written in euros and for an iced coffee was like 6-year-olds and for hot chocolate I think it was slightly more. Breakfast is $32 so I didn't even bother. Also the problem with this hotel is that they let people smoke so even when you ask for a non-smoking room you kind of still smell cigarettes. They do have a chocolate happy hour if you have an accor card and I think it's between like 6:00 and 7:00 where you can have it chocolate feast for free. The hotel does have a nice big pool but it was a pinch cold for me considering it's December. I did use the hot tub which could be a little bit stronger Jets but was okay. This room is not really worth more than $100 which is exactly what I paid. It's quite convenient for s a w airport though.

Hotel was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. Got to check in early and got a free upgrade to one of their suites which was simply great. Only downside was that this was close to the airport SAW so was quite far from everything and took about 2 hours by train/tram to get to the main area.

A very good option if you need a hotel near the airport. Nice, clean, great breakfast

Very clean rooms, everyone welcoming and helpful. Easy to reach from the airport by taxi (no shuttle service). Great variety during breakfast. Major downside: cleanliness of cutlery and glasses during breakfast - all greasy. And coffee is undrinkable.

We had a wonderful experience at the Movenpick Hotel Istanbul Asia Airport. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

I stayed in this hotel 1 night because I arrived late night and my next flight was in the morning. It's location close to Istanbul Asia airport (SAW). There were some nice restaurants around hotel. I could not have time to testify their facilities though.

Despite it being December the weather was warm but unfortunately there was no air conditioning to cool the room which meant that we had to keep the windows open which didn’t allow us to sleep as there was a lot of traffic noise and dogs barking all night. Called reception to assist with the matter, and the gentleman said he would send someone however no one turned up. In addition on one of the three days we asked reception to notify housekeeping to make the bed yet we came back and the room was not cleaned, bought this to their attention at reception and they were not bothered. We have stayed at this hotel numerous times this year alone and was not happy with the experience this time.

Very nice hotel, great for people willing to stay near by the IST airport. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good impression after all
