Miapera Hotel and Spa recensioner

Such a relieve to stay at this hotel after we had a bad experience with an airbnb booking. The bed was super super comfortable too.

The location is very good. Is around the shopping street and near alot of restaurant. However, the room shower drainage is clogged. After my first night, informed the hotel reception but nothing changed.

The hotel is located very close to Istiklal street, and surprisingly close to Galata Tower. You can walk straight up the road and be at Galata Tower with 15 minutes. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff are very nice and really helpful. The first day I was there, the shower in my room didn't work, and the tap was actually broken. They changed my room and helped me so quickly. Other than a window that didn't want to close, and an aircon that was on but not working, everything else went quite smoothly.

Location, staff, and the bedding are very nice, but the cleanliness, and maintenance of the building need an update.

After numerous visits to this hotel we finally lost patience with the fact that on our last visit there was no hot water and heating so we decided to give them another chance but same room still no hot water or heating after being moved 3 times the same problems we have emailed to complain as reception are useless no reply eventually got through to Yusuf the manager who said he would look into our complaint and get back to us 3 days later no contact so we have cancelled all future bookings

Un hôtel bien placé dans le quartier de Pera.Les chambres côté rue peuvent être un peu bruyantes en fin de semaine

La ubicación del hotel es genial. La habitación excelente con una cama súper cómoda. Nos dieron una habitación de interior para minimizar el ruido, aunque algo escuchamos, pero el problema es que los locales y/o terrazas ponen la música excesivamente alta y también hay que tener en cuenta que casualmente coincidimos con las celebraciones de la final de la champions de este año. Por el resto todo fue estupendo, muy recomendable.
