Tolles City Hotel. Super Central in Nisantasi Hotspot von Istanbul gelegen. Taxi kostet cirka €35.- zum Flughafen. Frühstück täglich abwechselnd und reichhaltig orientalisch und europäisch. Personal sehr freundlich und aufgestellt. Würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen. Kostenloses Upgrade erhalten.

Stay away from this hotel and if I could give them 0 star I would have. No one speaks English but few words and they didn’t have water, coffee cups, towels in the room. After I asked them 4 times I asked to speak to manager or supervisor and they said they don’t have it. I told them I’ll write a review and then they just brought the coffee cups. Just stay away it’s not worth it.

everything was mis-range and acceptable. value for money is ok. staff and management were very nice. Spa center is wonderful, the Turkish bath and massage is amaaaaaaaaaaazing. make sure you try it. very reasonable price for spa and bath.

The hotel was great , the location is very lively yet quit , but the reason you love this hotel is because of the people that work here , mr muzafer and mr cenay are very friendly and helpful . Mr gockhan was great he made his best to help us and to make us feel comfortable. This hotels gem is their staff they are lovely , friendly and very helpful just like family .

I stayed two nights in the Arts Hotel Taksim for the Champions League Final between Manchester City and Inter Milan. It was an organised official club trip so I did not choose the hotel, however I was very satisfied with it. Check in on the Friday evening was very smooth and well organised for a large group of people. My room on the 5th floor was excellent: spotlessly clean, very spacious, a huge bed and a modern bathroom with an effective shower. Almost as soon as I got to my room I managed to lock the bathroom door shut from the outside but after reporting it to reception someone came up almost immediately to fix it. The hotel's location was excellent, just off Taksim Square, which was very busy with fans of both clubs due to the giant trophy in the square. There were lots of restaurants and bars nearby, a small supermarket directly opposite the hotel, and a Metro station in the square. There was a wide choice of hot and cold items for breakfast, some Turkish and the rest more international, with a large seating area and a small balcony outside where you could also sit. The bar downstairs served cold beer, which was all I needed! I didn't use any of the other facilities of the hotel. The free wifi seemed to work fine. All the staff were unfailingly, friendly, polite and helpful. If I ever return to Istanbul I now know I can find a reliable, well located hotel there.

We spent 5 nights in the Grand oztanik hotel and it was a great stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful specially the manager Baris who made our stay the best! Check in was at 2pm and we got to the hotel around 8 Am, they managed to make our room available by 8:30 Am. The room was clean and everything was working perfectly, the hotel is 2 min walking distance away from taksim square, Metro and bus station and istiklal street. I really recommend this hotel if you wish to visit Istanbul for tourism or shopping, we felt like we were at home.
