Rummet är fruktansvärt, allt fungerar varannan gång. Väggarna är tunna och man kunde höra någon snarka och barn gråta hela natten. Någon lastade varor på gatan Det är som att bo mitt på en marknad. De hittade mögel i frukostoliverna, även om all mat inte är usel. Personalen är artig, de är fantastiska killar här. Annars finns det inga fördelar.

The hotel facilities overall appear to be outdated, and it seems that efforts to replace or repair them through prior inspections have not been made. For example, the heating and air conditioning unit caused loud vibrations and noise during use, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, the heating function did not work properly, forcing me to change rooms late at night, which disrupted my ability to rest comfortably. Furthermore, the bidet was unusable as the water sprayed in an unintended direction. I sincerely hope the hotel conducts a comprehensive inspection of its facilities to provide a comfortable environment for travelers staying there.

A hotel is very clean , nice and good location. Walking distance to few attractions. And tram is 5 minutes walks. Staffs are also amazing , they are very friendly. We had to leave early morning and a staff gave us packages of breakfast without we ask. We will definitely back.

Check-in family room, big and clean room. Near the tram station and Istanbul bazaar. Hotel service is good, receptionist is friendly and fast. Variety choices for breakfast.

Great location. Friendly staff. A good breakfast. Very clean. Only drawback was when trying to arrange a hotel transfer to the airport. There was a bit of dishonesty from one of the reception staff about the price who tried to take a bit more than was the going rate was. We were originally quoted €50 for a minibus from one member of staff - when we came back another member said it would be €60 - when we told him we were quoted before he backtracked saying that he forgot to add the discount. Was obvious that he was trying to take the difference for himself which really was a stain on what was otherwise a really pleasant stay. I would definitely come back again despite this.

I love the location and the fact that there's a cafe in the lobby and a restaurant on the top floor with great tasting food and drinks. The staff are exceptional and have been very attentive to my concerns and questions. In the basement are ancient ruins and artifacts that are from the Ottoman empire and the Byzantine empire. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other solo travelers or couples.

Hotel Room is very clean. and tidy and cleand every morning without asking them Breakfast also very good.The receptionist lady work at Morning shift very helpfull .nearby Grand Bazar,Blue mosque and Hagia Sofia mosque.we love to stay again if we visit istanbul.

Todo muy bien y muy limpio, ubicación excelente y el personal muy amable y servicial desde el primer día. Sin duda volvería a este hotel cuando vaya a Estambul!

Гостили одну ночь. Расположение достаточно удобное. Рядом остановка трамвая, до площади Султанахмет 15 минут пешком. Номер был маленький и уставший. Кондиционер сильно шумит, на ночь выключали. В целом неплохо, встретили хорошо, завтраки неплохие.
