Rummet var lite litet eftersom det var renoverat eller nytt och var en tröst att bo i. Duschen måste veta hur man arbetar med kranarna då jag bokstavligen fick en "kalldusch" från takets duschöppning 😢😮. Maten till frukosten var bra men den klarade inte mitt "rökt laxtest" (ingen rökt lax). Utbudet av varma drycker som ingår i frukosten är främst filterkaffe och te. Drycker som cappuccino och latte erbjuds mot en extra kostnad. Teet jag fick var väldigt starkt och kanske är detta den turkiska stilen. Rumsnyckelkortet läses av receptorerna på dörren och i hissen effektivt och utan fördröjning.

Great location, steps away from the metro, and it is located the highest point of old town, so it enjoys the unobstructed amazing view. Staff were professional and attentive. We were upgraded to the ocean view roo.. breakfast was nice. Yue club lounge is a must.

Lovely stay at this hotel. It’s right across from Taksim square with easy access to all major transportation. Breakfast could be better..

Concierge, doormen, baggage/taxi support etc, were helpful, courteous and professional. However, the women at the reception were not. Upon check-in, as well as other queries, the interactions were not genuine and almost as if I was a bother. This should be rectified with training on how to receive international guests. Lovely stay otherwise.

Excellent location. Perfect for all the shopping nearby. Breakfast was great and the staff were friendly. Good view from the pool as well.

I’m business trip in Istanbul . It’s Super convenient location and safety hotel in istanbul city center It’s opposite the metro and easy to walk to the shopping place . I was stayed 2 days . Unlucky , one day had people safety strike outside in the city plaza and blocked the road . In this hotel , They have good professional security team in the main entrance always . I can feels how safety of this hotel They have one outdoor swimming pool . We enjoyed sunbath and Turkish style massage as well I will choose this hotel next time .

Very good location AC is turned off during night which makes the room too hot curtains allow sun to lighten the room

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast is very good. The location is great. Walking distance to everything! Starbucks just there too. Everyone is kind and polite. Our room was lovely but toooooo small. Felt like I m on a cruise ship with that size 😅. They upgraded us to Bosporus view. Thank you we r grateful. I would have stayed longer if the room was bigger. We did asked to get bigger room but the price to upgrade was too much. So we moved to another hotel with bigger room. Free access to the spa. Steam bath, sauna, and the hammam but Idon’t know how to use it. There was no soap or scrub to use. Maybe people go there with their own shower stuff? Picture of our view 😊

Perfect location with good access to transport. Security was good

I stayed in this hotel for three nights and called for service three times due to needs. The fastest service was when the drinking water in the room was finished, it was delivered in about half an hour after calling. Another time the bathroom towels needed to be replaced, which took about forty minutes to arrive. The next day there were no cups available in the room, so I called room service to deliver two glasses to the room. (After waiting for two hours, until we checked out, customer service had not yet sent glasses to the room) Even when I was about to leave in the parking lot, I had to wait at the exit gate for about fifteen minutes before someone came to help me open the automatic gate in the parking lot.

I found the room overpriced for it's size, the swimming pool was not clean, the restaurant did not provide proper guidelines on having the breakfast in the room, I was not explained upon arrival that the hotel would charge a safety deposit to my credit card, it was almost impossible to get conditioner and body lotion out of the bottles offered by the hotel and when requested to replace it there was zero improvement, the hair dryer on the room is not compatible with a five stars hotel. I wonder how could this hotel receive a five stars rating.

I stayed 3 nights there. It was really great to have tacsim view from your room. It wasn't noisy and the access to places around was reallg great. The hotel's security is high and the servants were reallg friendly. I also used the restaurant in the hotel. The food was acceptable and tasty. Generally I had a nice stay there with my friend.
