Very clean room, the staff are very friendly and willing to help, the location is perfect, right beside the city center! Will definitely recommend friends to stay here!

Unable to get refund after all Valid reason but still cannot go for win win situation.At least return 30% bad HR and profit oriented

Stay was okay, clean rooms and friendly staff. Turkish hamam is very nice

Internet in the hotel is bad, so, bad for business people. The lobby and restaurant are nice, well furnished and clean, but room looked little shabby and old.It’s livable, but it is defenetly not worth 150euro per night. + location is super touristic, even hard to find Uber.

This hotel is near the city centre, the staff is nice and helpful, the room is tidy and clean! Recommended!

Great location, excellent breakfast and amenities. I stayed six nights (between 22 and 28th Jan 2024 in Room 406), and Muracettin and the team, including Hilal, especially ever smiling, Gigdem ensured our day started well at the breakfast. Daily housekeeping was done to a good standard, thus returning to the hotel every day after busy exploration and shopping was always pleasant. Fatih and his colleagues, including Kamel at the reception, were readily available to provide assistance or any information required and were truly helpful. In terms of main attractions, say the very end of Sultanahmet, where the Blue mosque and the likes of Hagia Sophia is about 25 - 30 min walk. Notably, the hotel is so close to the main shopping district of the old city of Istanbul, including the vibrant grand bazaar and hundreds of wholesale and retail outlets. Hotel's restaurant provides handful choices, I tried the 3 course menu for 450 (Lira), which was quite reasonable. If I need to be so critical, I would urge the hotel to consider upgrading the bathroom outlook. Otherwise, everything in there is perfect and in full working order. The city view from my room, especially the minerat of Kamal Pasa mosque and the azan (call for prayers) for me was so heart touching and sentimental. For the first time in many years, I felt so emotional to leave this place, thanks for the team who showed so much of love and care. There is a health club within the hotel where all types of massages including hammam (payable) and sona (free), are available. I wouldn't choose anywhere else on my trips to Istanbul!

Poor service by the hotel reception staff. Arrived at 6am in the morning, just wanted to have a short break between the connections flight，So I paid whole day room fare. The hotel did not offer any IHG diamond elite members benefits — no complimentary breakfast, no late checkout, they even reminded me must checkout at 12 noon and ring the room right at 12。 The room was on fifth floor and quiet noise from the outside air conditioning system. Much poor service and room quality than the crown plaza nearby. Definitely Will not come back again for this hotel.

Everything was fine, the rooms are old but quite nice anyway. Cosmetics could be better, be prepared it‘s only shower gel and shampoo Dove, nothing else is provided unless you ask for it (but no body cream). Location is good, 15 minutes walk to all sightseeings. Overall we had a great time at the hotel, but be ready to pay very high price for everything in a mini bar and at the lobby bar.

Very centrally located next to the T1 station and other locations such as the grand bazaar is walking distance. The hotel guest services is very willing to share the different tour packages and do not overcharge for them. They can also book an airport transfer at a fixed fair price.

Friendly staff, nice hotel that help us with our needs. Room is clean and tidy.

What is bad: I was booked queen bed standard room for 2 persons. But queen bad for 2 persons was 1,5 m width, in my opinion better to book 2 single bad room for two persons-will be more space to sleep. 1,5 m width bad was very small for 2 persons and was not comfortable, and from room no any views (please see in photo). For such money and such room will never come back again. Room very small for queen standard room. No normal doors to toilet. What was good: Serviss is very smily, friendly. Brekfest normal.

A decent hotel for a nice price. Service was okay, staff somewhat friendly.
