Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Istanbul City Center recensioner

This hotel is one of my favorite in Istanbul as I love the location and the great facilities that the hotel has. The gentleman at reception Eray does an excellent job and I really appreciate that he tries to provide me with a room upgrade when available. I should also add the the cleaning staff are so nice and do an excellent job. As always I strongly recommend this hotel for your travel to Istanbul.

I had a really good experience with the reception staff during my stay. They were super friendly and made checking in a breeze. It definitely started my trip off on the right foot!On the flip side, the bellboy and the guy at the entrance were a bit clueless. They didn’t offer any help with my luggage, which was kind of a letdown after a long journey. A little assistance would’ve gone a long way!Overall, my stay was pretty decent. The location of the hotel is fantastic—really easy to get to all the cool spots nearby. So while there were some bumps in service, it wasn’t a dealbreaker.

Great hotel in a great location

was a really good hotel, location and amenities wise, But service lacks a bit, also understaffed to the extent that no bell hop

The cleanliness, the smell of the corridors, the staff, the breakfast... All off them amazing! I found my best hotel in İstanbul for my business trips. You can directly get the metro. Traffic-free :)

The staff are serving only if you pay baghshesh, so no pay no basic services Also the hotel charge for your child! Happened with me personally I had no option but to pay extra 200 € at the reception. And I witnessed another family had the same issue. As the receptionist neither allowed their child ( which was already booked for) neither cancelled there booing, the receptionist argued that it’s not there problem but it’s the website issue.I do not recommend this hotel, as you can’t trust them while there are much more options around

Everything was great .location,service and stuff are superb.

It’s a typical business hotel. Nothing more or less.

The Hotel overall experience was satisfactory, but the weak AC couldn't cool the room during the hot summer. Despite three complaints, the staff couldn't improve the situation. Avoid during summer months.
