Hotel is very nice and clean staff is very very good Only problem out side hotel some dirty women standing which is not good impression for the family and children

The hotel service is not good the staff is impolite cleaning is not good!

The people's on front desk are very welcomed but the service room cleaning very poor they don't change tawel they don't clean it every day they don't bring water the Ac has a problem not working properly, regarding to the location perfect, the breakfast is so funny I have never had such kind of breakfast like that it seems like I'm on the aircraft they select the meal and rup it and drop to your table I have seen buffet on there website but never appear there. The carpets smells very bad, and at all cleaning very poor. One thing you need to mark if you are looking for a best price this would be the best place.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei euch !! Das gesamte Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich höflich und hilfsbereit!! Mir wurden die Koffer ins Zimmer gebracht!! Ich kann die negativen Kommentare nicht nachvollziehen erst recht nicht über das Personal ! Bei der Sauberkeit beziehe ich mich auf das gesamte Hotel wobei ich sagen muss mein Zimmer wurde Tipptopp geputzt vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal!! War sehr schön bei euch ich würde immer wieder bei euch buchen weiter so !!

Get anywhere but this hotel! Waste of money and time! Terrible experience, terrible service. The only thing about this place is the location, it’s near the city center . I couldn’t sleep at all cuz the air conditioning was terrible after complaining they changed my room but new room was worse than old one!

The only thing pleasant about this hotel is the superb location. Right at Taksim Square, just across Istiklal street. And front desk people are very nice and helpful too. Taifur was really great. Others too! It is a big crowded hotel, cramped rooms with inadequate elevators for the 9 floors it have. As breakfast is on top floor, morning time elevator availability is something of a problem. Breakfast is poor compared to the other hotels of Turkey. The room cleaning is also very poorly done. It was dusty.

The shower didn't work I asked to fix it they didnt send any one Internet is rubbish Staff are very rude Room very small Very noisy neighborhood ******* bars just next to the hotel You will see a lot of inappropriate seens Iam in the process of raising an official complaint

last week we stayed in the hotel for 4night...the room was very very small bathroom was not clean....the hotel has 3 elevators ..all are very small so there was traffic in breakfast time and guests should wait so long ...however the location was very good near to taksim square
