The hotel location is fine for long term bus travel. Breakfast of the hotel is good. The heating of my room is fine but the temperture control is not work. As the room is facing main street, it is so noisey if window is opened.

The hotel is very nice, everything is very clean. Cleaning every day. Changing bedding regularly. Very friendly staff. Breakfasts are delicious. The hotel has a swimming pool, Turkish hammam, bath for free. For little money, you can do a massage. The only thing is that the hotel is near the road. And so, everything is fine.

They charged me 378 euro for no service I suggest you choose another hotel if you want to visit Istanbul There are many options much better than this hotel I was very dissatisfied about the fact that they promised they will refund me 2 nights from 3, but they did not process the refund

My wife & I stayed at the Grand S right after flying into the Istanbul Airport. The staff was very friendly & helpful, and our stay was very comfortable. The Grand S has a super convenient location, as it is just a short walk away from the Esenler bus station. You can easily take a bus from the airport to Esenler, stay a night at the Grand S, and then hop on another bus at Esenler and go anywhere in Turkiye (which is what we did).

This hotel is really noisy! The location is tribble and you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. The receptions are very friendly and hospitality is acceptable. Compare with other hotels, just the price is the factor which encourage you to stay there. The breakfast is not very varied but acceptable.

As the name implies Grand But I'm sorry I did find it so uncomfortable...specially the bath room it's leaking... The door of our room we were not able to open , we went 2 times to the reception and we waited 20 minutes for the technician to come and open for us..

Thin-walled room, you can hear anything outside. The air-conditioner in my room was out of order and the mechanic can't fix it. Very hot and smelled smoking from outside. The hotel staffs tried their best to help us, I assumed. There's no quilt, too. Only thin blanket.
