I’m going to keep this simple because I don’t like writing reviews, but I think this will help future travelers. I’m American and if I’m ranking this based on Star ratings in America, this is a 2.5 star hotel at best. Overall, in Turkey, 4 star for Americans is 5 star in Turkey. So book accordingly when traveling here. This is rated 4 star on google maps. I don’t agree. Staff was very friendly. But the room was tired and dirty and the decor needs to be updated. May work for some. But, my standards are different and we ended up leaving and staying 2 doors down at the Sofitel, which is what I consider 4 star if we were in America.

The air condition was not working and they didn’t know how to fix it. when it rains the rain come inside my room. the terrtible experience at the breakfast, all the waiters and waitress are watching as if they want you to finish eating or you will feel that they will come to you and say stop eating. especially a blondie short waitress so rude and they have a bad smell, my baby was holding a little croissant while leaving the breakfast she shout you are not allowed to eat it outside the breakfast area so unprofessional.

We stayed 10 days in this hotel, unfortunately it is a disappointment, no value for money. The location is what they are selling while the rest of the services is less than average, room cleanliness is below average even when you ask your room to be cleaned thoroughly and to be vacuumed the room maid tells you vacuum is tomorrow because she has many check out rooms for the day, she gives a double occupancy one hand towel cos she is lazy to get you two towels. Breakfast is less than average and the best thing in food a beverage is the food and beverage manager Hussein who is there all the time but if he does not have the budget then you do not expect quality, reception is a disaster, at the end of your stay and before the check out time you should expect a phone call from reception kicking you out of your recommend this hotel at all

This was a great hotel..the breakfast was really delicious and the service was also great. Mehmet at the front counter helped us out a lot. They will also provide a free taxi for you to go to taksim square and from there u can even walk or take a tram to Galata tower. The place is in a quieter area so u don’t hear anything at night.

best location in taksim square & entrance of istiklal street ; elegant lobby The staff were very helpful and unobtrusive. the restaurant with a nice view and a good breakfast I recommend for who like Taksim Square

best location in taksim square & entrance famous istiklal street ; lobby is small but elegant ( specially the buisiness table in the middle ) excellent staff really ; don't miss mr kaan ( front office manager ) polite ; well english speaking ; super professional ; also mr hussein ( the food & beverage manager ) . rooms are large with all amenities ; bathrooms too ; with all finest toilitica ; breakfast at 9 floor with wonderful view ; breakfast should be improved only nice decoration ( not the items ) ; to be exiting as fine hotels. one of the best 4 stars in taksim square ; many respect for management & all staff , small money for big value . of course coming back .

The only positive thing about this hotel is the location... The rooms are dirty.. The lights are too low in the room and the worse thing is its u safe. My money was stolen from the safe inside the wardrobe and the management did nothing

The hotel have a perfect location directly at taksim square one minute frome metro station and Istiklal shopping street 1 minute .a nice rooms with Taksim square view the restaurant with a nice view and a good breakfast
