The breakfast was amazing, a highlight of the trip. It’s located only fifteen minutes from Sultanahmet if you walk. My son liked taking the tram from the Grand Bazaar station right near the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful organizing a car to the airport when we checked out. If we get a chance to fly through and take a few days stopover in Istanbul again, I’ll almost certainly try booking here again.

The service at this hotel is great ! Prices are reasonable and the location is 5 stars. The view was amazing facing Beyazit masjid - would stay here again!!

Amazing location of the hotel made our extremely comfortable. Almost all the main historical locations were in walking distance from hotel. Reception staff Mr. Omer was very polite and helpful all the time-every day along with all other staff of the kitchen and housekeeping. This was our second stay in this hotel and we are definitely looking forward to choose this hotel again.

This hotel was great. I'd stay there again. The staff were very friendly. The food was nice. The restaurant was nice. The interior decorating was nice. The lift was spacious, clean and amusing because it has a glass shaft. The location is excellent, as it very close to Istanbul market and not too far from the Hagia Sofia area.

The stay was good , just the air conditioner was not working in room and it took time for hotel staff to change our room

No heating. We got sick because of cold weather. The room is not clean. No blancket. Worst stay ever.

I witnessed the staff being very rude and unhelpful to a number of customers. In one case specifically, they showed very clearly they didn't care at all for a family with a small child who was given a dirty and broken bed and due to the mother getting upset, the hotel staff were even more unhelpful.

Super Freundliches Personal. Zentral in Istanbul, nah zu Bus und Bahn. Saubere Zimmer, man fühlt sich wohl!

房間的熱水煲內有不知名，黑色物體🥲 有部份員工的態度不太好 房間內的熱水煲不能正常使用，已兩度致電前台職員幫忙處理，但答應也沒有人理會我們，等了一整天！！！  有提供桑拿設施和早餐，非常之良好。

Расположение отеля удачное, завтраки хорошие, есть выбор на любой вкус. Номера, конечно, уставшие, но они особо и не стремятся их убирать.если не напомнить, то и мусор не вынесут и полотенца не поменяют, не говоря уже об остальном . Спа бесплатно только с 12.00 до 18.00, но без шапочки в бассейн вас не пустят. Цены на массаж высокие.

Bij binnenkomst geen fijn ontvangst kil sfeertje hangt er. Vervolgens naar de kamer daar is het BLOED HEET en er is geen airco wat wel aangegeven staat op hun advertentie. Wil je schimmels oplopen vooral de douche in stappen te ranzig voor woorden. Het laminaat zat helemaal los in de kamer. Geen normaal buitenraam waar frisse lucht doorheen komt. Een los mini koelkastje in een kast gepropt wat een minibar moest voorstellen en die niet eens werkt. Bedden zo hard al steen. Wij zijn met een half uur uitgecheckt en naar een ander hotel vertrokken! Nu willen ze het geld niet teruggeven stelletje oplichters! Zeker geen aanrader, alles wat in hun advertentie staat is er niet. PURE MISLEIDING!
