OTTOPERA HOTEL recensioner

The location of the hotel is very good, about 7 minutes away from the metro station. The room was very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly.

It was a good and clean hotel the location is just take 5 minutes walking to taksim square the center of the tourist part of the istanbul

It is good hotel location is 7 to 9 mints. Only lift problem. And there is no service for Luggage can I go. Manage by guest them self to transfer in the room and out of the room.

Unfortunately the attitude of one of the receptionists was very bad. The flush in the toilet was not working and he simply said it can't be fixed for another day. Didn't even offer to change the room and no words of apologies. Except that the room was clean and located in a nice area just 5 minutes walk from Taksim Square.

There are better options on this price. The weather was very hot. The hotel had air conditioning, but it didn't provide it. I was soaked when I woke up in the morning, no one could stay in the room at noon. There are many hotels nearby with air conditioning.

A lovely small hotel nestled in a street not far from Taksim Square. Many nearby grocery stores and local restaurants, coffee shops, laundry services. Easy 5-8 minute walk to bus and metro stations. Front desk is manned 24 hours/day. Room was clean with a comfortable bed. They even upgraded my room upon arrival. Very friendly and responsive staff.

The Rooms are very Good and comfortable.

Thelocation is amazing, it is near taqssim square, there are many shops for food and shopping, the breakfast is good and what I like more about the hotel is the staff, the receptionist helped me a lot he carried my luggage and he is so cool.

Had a great stay, the room was neat and staff friendly. Central area very close to restaurants and historical sites.

I recommend the hotel, it has a good location, in the middle of taksim.

The location is perfect .The hotel is near to Taksim metro station . The service was good . The breakfast was delicious and a lot I could not even finish it . The front desk service was really good , they helped me with the luggages and helped me getting a taxi to the Airport as well . You can also enjoy the food from the shops nearby . I would come back and stay here for sure next time.

The hotel is located in 10 minutes walk from the Havaist bus station Taksim, so it's a perfrect match for a traveler who has to stay for one night in İstanbul. There were no problems with the late check-in (after 23h), and I was pleased because of the free upgrade of the room. The breakfast is simple, but delicious: classic turkish breakfast. You just need to call the reception, the staff will bring it to your room. One slight negative moment was the internet: on the second floor the internet is a bit slow, so I had to sit near the door, so the YouTube could play the video on 720p. Thank you for the stay, I recommend this hotel! ❤️
