The front desk staff are great both at the entrance and at the reception. The room is very good, comfortable and clean. The wardrobe is very spacious and the TV large with lots of German channels. The window insulation is average you can hear everything and in the morning you wake up to the noise of cars. You can also hear everything that is happening in the hallway. !! - Avoid the restaurant, the food is not good and not fresh. For New Year dinner we had to pay in advance and half the menu was missing! As he told the waiter he said there was not enough food and he smiled. The servers are not at the top, each time you have to get up to get bread or drinks. The cleaning lady did not come every day we do not understand why. !!! Manu do not wear the mask even the staff

Perfecte locatie om te genieten van Istanbul. Lekker luxe, topservice en een heerlijk gevoel net of je thuis bent. Dichtbij alle hotspots en echt een dikke uitzicht. Zoek niet meer verder verblijf er bijna altijd.

Odada çok kötü bir koku var. Personel ilgisiz. Kişisel malzeme yok. Banyoda kullanılacak malzeme yok. Kısaca Hilton otel kavramı ile alakası yok. 3 yıldızlı şehir oteli olur ancak. Oda servisinin adi var kendisi yok. Kısaca tavsiye edilmeyecek durumda.
