Clean and modern hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel has direct access to Emaar Square Mall. The bathroom was equipment with all amenities with a walk in shower and Barth. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I ordered room service the food was hot fresh and appetizing. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Amazing hotel! Anytime I come or plan to come to Istanbul I will definitely come to this hotel! I love it so much. So clean and the service is AMAZING. One of the best hotels I’ve been to! Thank you!

房間好地段好服務好，樓下就是商場，吃東西方便，各種美食應有盡有，打車定位商場5號門比較方便，下次出差還會選擇入住

emma集團的酒店設施很滿意不愧是杜拜土豪房間很大很新設施智能泳池很美就是早餐看起來很多實際中國人能吃的不多比歐洲酒店早餐略差打掃衞生的有時候會忘記倒房間垃圾桶夜床也不是天天開，費解沒有標準

酒店環境和早餐都非常棒，附近還有高端商場和奢侈品專賣店。人不多基本是商務人士，沒有遊客，因為位置遠離景點，去藍色清真寺都要40-60分鐘車程（堵車太嚴重，單程100+RMB）。不太滿意的是服務不如國內人性化，我的東西落在酒店，不能給郵寄到伊斯坦堡其他酒店，衹能自己回去取，因而耽誤了一些行程
