I booked a room for two persons at a rate of $38 per night, which seemed reasonable. However, on the second night, I unexpectedly had a friend join me, so I approached the receptionist to inquire about adding an extra bed. The receptionist said he needed to consult with a manager and would get back to me. After a few minutes of waiting, the receptionist returned with a quote of $35 for the additional bed. I hesitated but ultimately agreed to it as it was necessary. I went back to confirm and pay for the extra bed, but to my surprise, the receptionist claimed he had initially said $45 and had agreed to $40. This caught me off guard because I distinctly remembered him saying $30 earlier. As I tried to clarify the situation, the receptionist became increasingly agitated and eventually refused to add the extra bed, instructing me to return to my room. Given the circumstances and my immediate need for the additional bed, I reluctantly paid $40. Additionally there was no toothbrush kit, soap, and the hair dryer was very low quality
