Yenikapı 메트로, Yusufpaşa 트램을 모두 이용할 수 있으며 특히 Aksaray메트로 앞에 있는 이스탄불공항버스Habaist를 10분 이내에 걸어가서 탈 수 있는 매우 좋은 장소에 위치하고 있다. 가격대비 괜찮은한 호텔임

不錯的，乾淨衞生！

I booked a room for two persons at a rate of $38 per night, which seemed reasonable. However, on the second night, I unexpectedly had a friend join me, so I approached the receptionist to inquire about adding an extra bed. The receptionist said he needed to consult with a manager and would get back to me. After a few minutes of waiting, the receptionist returned with a quote of $35 for the additional bed. I hesitated but ultimately agreed to it as it was necessary. I went back to confirm and pay for the extra bed, but to my surprise, the receptionist claimed he had initially said $45 and had agreed to $40. This caught me off guard because I distinctly remembered him saying $30 earlier. As I tried to clarify the situation, the receptionist became increasingly agitated and eventually refused to add the extra bed, instructing me to return to my room. Given the circumstances and my immediate need for the additional bed, I reluctantly paid $40. Additionally there was no toothbrush kit, soap, and the hair dryer was very low quality

Latelty I have been in Istanbul in an academic mission for the first time with four coworkers. We were well functioning , which made our stay confortable and lovely. The Hotel owner is a very generous and classy gentlemen. He warmly welcomed us and invited us to dinner, a very delicious Turkish Kabab and turkish baklava as a disert. The staff members (Irfan, Sudem, Muhammet, and Aybüke) were highly professional. They spoke English very fluently. As a linguist and expert in English language and professional communication I give them "excellent" as a comment for their communocative skills. The location of the hotel is very convinient because you can do shopping and enjoy visiting touristic places even on foot if you like walking. My first experience in Istanbul was fantastic thanks to La SERA Hotel. I think I will come back to Istanbul again with my family and I will enjoy staying in La SERA Hotel.
