酒店的位置不錯，硬件在伊斯坦堡的酒店裡算好的。但是服務水平和國內的酒店實在沒有辦法相比。衹住了一晚，經歷了四位前台的服務人員，衹有一個女生的服務還算專業，其他三位男士，對入住酒店的住客的態度很一般。其中兩位年輕的男士前台服務人員，簡直態度極差，非常不專業，甚至是不禮貌。

附近出差，以方便為主，房間乾淨衞生，整體還可以。

這個地段和位置，性價比算不錯的了

This is THE WORST HOTEL I've ever stayed in my life. Please avoid it at all costs. We were gone to the city the whole day and when we were back we saw that our door was open!!! anybody could just come in inside! In our friends room, somebody tried to open the safe because the PIN code was changed and not opening. Thirdly, we asked the hotel manager to send somebody to clean the room because we needed it after, we come back the room has not been touched. Nobody even cared to clean it. On top of that other rooms had the doors wide open. We have the video of that. Moreover, when I tried to complain to the manager Nazir (or I don't know how his name is spelled) he was screaming at me at the lobby of the hotel and threatening me to take me to go to the police. I told him that I would gladly go to the hotel with him, because the door was open in my room. After that he stopped mentioning that. This hotel has ruined all of our vacation. There are better hotels at the same price in this city. Avoid this Radisson at all costs. This hotel should not even have the Radisson name on it because its a shame to the whole Radisson chain.
