Läget är utmärkt, nära Galata och Taksim, på nedervåningen Karakoy och spårvagnen är bekväma, hotellet har ingen hiss, vi bodde på 5:e våningen, det var svårt efter långa promenader runt Istanbul, rummet var mycket rent, det var varmt och tyst, en bekväm säng, sängen var ny och lukten var god. Vattenkokare och kaffe, vatten finns där, även frukost

I have been in many hotels in Istanbul and this is the only one that they greet you with a smile anytime you enter or pass by the reception. Very pleasant staff and professional . This hotel is a 10/10. I appreciate their hospitality and kindness for all staff members in a different shift. They make you feel like they are part of your family. Very cooperative and helpful in any kind of way. I thank the staff once again and I am looking forward to staying there my next visit to Istanbul

Jag hade den mest fantastiska upplevelsen på detta hotell. Mycket rent, fantastiskt läge och personalen är mycket hjälpsam, särskilt Abdullah och Eren, de var väldigt hjälpsamma med allt från incheckningen tills jag skulle checka ut, de hjälpte till med att stänga min väskor när jag inte visste

Vi stannade 4 nätter. Rummet var owfullllll. Dess 2-stjärniga hotell! Frukost var horeible de inte ens har kaffe. Super små rum utan ventilation. Cealing var på vårt huvud. Rekommenderas inte alls. Personalen var trevlig men de hade inte 24 tjänster. Hor Rible dekoration copmletly diffrrnt med H bilderna

Hotellet är tyst, rent och har god tillgång till tunnelbana och buss, med samvetsgrann och artig personal, en varierad och komplett frukost Rumsstorleken var acceptabel och parkettgolvet var lätt att rengöra jämfört med mattor. Varmvatten var tillgängligt vid högt tryck. Du bör veta att badrum och toalett är separata. Vi hörde inga störande ljud under vår 7-nätters vistelse. Den enda svagheten som observerades var det svaga ljuset i rummet. Det fanns ett valutaväxlingskontor i hörnet av gatan mitt emot. En spritbutik och en stormarknad fanns några meter bort. Grändens lutning mot gatan var lite hög, men med mycket kort avstånd.

Quiet, 6th floor with uneven low ceilings, broken balcony chairs, shower is in cupboard with no ventilation, beds comfy, tiling in shower not finished, staff nice, bed linen does not fit beds so you sleep on plastic bed protector, no bathmats

Everything is good, very best location. Staff is friendly specially reception and restaurant. Metro is so near to central city and restaurant. Thank you gor everything I hope I will come again next year..

Stayed for 8 days with my family, great hotel with clean comfy rooms. Staff were very friendly and helped carry suitcases on arrival from our taxi. Great location with lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. To make it better a more modern smart tv in the room and faster wifi would make it an excellent experience☺️

Amazing place to visit it was so nice really and we will be back it was nice 10 day to stay at the hotel specially the stud are working there very friendly and food was so good also the hotel are so clean and room was so nice view thank you so much and we will be back again

I have to be honest: after having looked at the pictures, I was expecting more in terms of room space and interior design. The bathroom, in particular, is very narrow, especially considering that the hotel is a four star (it doesn't even have a window or ventilation). The housekeeping service is low quality, and the TV set is useless, since it only has three or four channels (all of them in Russian) and it's not a smart TV. On the other hand, the price is competitive, and the position is very good (2 minutes by walk from the Osmanbey metro station, only one stop from Taksim). The staff is kind and supportive, and breakfast is basic but good (almost only savoury, classic Turkish): scrambled eggs and fried potatoes were amazing.
