The reservation you made here was Deluxe Balcony and breakfast.First, in order to give you a room on the same floor, we upgraded your reservation from the other channel to Deluxe Balcony Room free of charge, and we upgraded your reservation from here to Deluxe Family Room free of charge.Second, since your reservation from the other channel did not include breakfast, we offered you free breakfast for 6 days so that you would not be separated from them.Of course, you wanted a bigger room like Deluxe Family Room since it is a bigger room, you even said that you wanted to pay the difference, you looked on the website and said that Honeymoon Suite was available. You even saw our Deluxe Family Connected Suite, you said that you would talk to your wife and decide, and then you said that your wife did not want to make a change.We took care of you closely, as we do with every guest, during your 6 days of stay, and you did not mention the negative aspects you mentioned in this comment or the features you gave low scores to, you stated that you were fine.For this reason, we are very sorry to receive such a score from you, because we did our best.The fact that you gave us 5 out of 10 for Cleanliness on another channel and 4 out of 5 here, and that you wrote unrealistic negative aspects on another channel and here, and that after all the good hospitality we have provided to you, we hope that in the future, we will also have the right to give points to our guests, then we are sure that we will not receive such surprising and unfair scores.
