Wonderful Location, very friendly staff, worth every penny of the €200 per night with breakfast, lovely infinity pool!

Had our children’s wedding at Petra and Fois. The views were incredible. The staff was polite,friendly and catered to our every needs. The owner Mrs. Panagiota helped make this momentous occasion even more remarkable. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The accommodation were beautiful. We had an unforgettable experience.

What a lovely hotel set high on a cliff overlooking the lovely bay below. Beautiful stonework, awesome pool, very quiet, nearly empty when we were there. It is not close to town, secluded, so it is more convenient to just have meals there, but the food and service was good.

I leave this review with mixed feelings. The location is excellent and the service was exceptional. Of course, I was the only one staying there. However, I do take exception with ownership. Originally, I had booked two rooms for my son and I to stay three nights. We had some property issues to address nearby so it was convenient. Unfortunately, a few days before leaving from the US, my son's company had an emergency and he was obligated to remain in New York and sort things out. I reached out to the hotel and they informed me that they couldn't do anything at that moment (the deadline for cancelling has expired). However, I went there and, in fact stayed, an extra night to deal with the property. Given the fact that I was the only guest and I did stay four nights, I believe that management could have been somewhat forgiving. They could have charged me for one night for the extra room but instead chose to charge me for all three nights. As much as I liked the place, I would not stay there again. I have travelled the world (not a boast but a fact) and in similar circumstances all hotels have worked with me to adjust their charges.

Definitely place to return! Stunning view , amazing pool , great breakfast and very kind and helpful staff. Beautiful, neat and clean facilities. Also very pet friendly that made our little dog to enjoy the holidays aswell! ***!!!!!****!!!!****!!!!****!!!****!!!****!!!***

Where can I begin...If this hotel wasn't in such a great location, it wouldn't be in business! The location and staff were the only things going for them and the owner (reminds me of Cruella Deville) needs to own up to that and give them all a raise! I went for a wedding and we still had a GREAT time. The neighboring towns are AWESOME, but I am reviewing a hotel in which my room AC would not go below 23 C (74 F) and it wasn't even hot out. I had to close my shutters during my entire 4 day stay. I DID NOT SEE SUNLIGHT FOR 4 DAYS! When I confronted the owner, she told me the units were not made to go to 20 although that was a temperature setting on the units. I went to another room with newer units and I was FREEZING because they were on 20 and the temp was 20 - AMAZING! I told the owner all of this and she became confrontational - she told me I had a reasonable rate and I responded with "I'll pay you double if you could fix the temp". At that point she had enough of me and my common sense logic and completely walked away from me and went back to having a drink with her friend at the bar. This woman needs to own up and admit 1/2 the hotel has outdated AC units but I don't think her ego will allow her. She's lucky her hotel has that view and scenery but it's truly unfortunate you pay good money for her "broken clock" thinking.
