Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes

I have just had a 6 night amazing stay at cosmopolitan ,stayed in room 412 with an amazing sea view ,the hotel is good location ,average food for an AI ,lots of chicken & pork ,but the breakfast was really good as was the freshy baked pizzas in the snack bar ,the hotel is spotless ,so clean ,the staff are lovely & really make the hotel so welcoming ,big shout out for kiki & marianne who really made my holiday ! Missing you girls already,pool areas are clean & the pirate ship for the lil kids is great Overall ,fantastic hotel ,modern rooms ,good location for old town & airport,beach is just across the road ,it is pebbly but hotel provides free sunbeds on there ,which is a nice touch,there are some negatives but nothing bad 1- sunbeds are getting tatty for a 4* 2-for the amount of rooms i think another lift is needed 3-there was nothing on the AI i drink ( alcohol wise) ,but marianne made me white russians as i normally would have local baileys which all hotels ive stayed in usually do ,she was so helpful 4- i went for a massage & it was 55 euros for 40 minutes ,it was nice but more than a euro a minute i think is expensive Thankyou for a lovely holiday ,debbie❤️ x

We've just come back from our all-inclusive vacation in this hotel, and it was perfect! The room looked even better than in the pictures, and it was cleaned daily by a lovely lady. We didn't stay in the main building but in the building next to the pool, and it was perfect as we were close to everything we needed. The pool was right outside our door, and we also were close to the exit. The location was perfect as the beach is opposite the hotel. The sun beds are free if you are the Cosmopolitan guest. There are plenty of sun beds to choose from. We also didn't have any issues with sun beds by the pool as there were always some free sun beds regardless of the time of the day. Also, there is a bus stop outside the hotel, and you can be in the Rhodes Old Town in a few minutes. The tickets can be bought in the supermarket, which is also conveniently located outside the hotel. Furthermore, the staff was amazing, always kind and super friendly. I've read some negative comments before the trip, but I can confirm those statements weren't true. The staff was always super nice to us as we always greeted them, thanked them for clearing our tables or collecting empty cups in the bar. Huge shoutout to Mikes, who serves drinks in the main bar. He was a literal ray of sunshine, chatty, friendly and kind. He was assisted by Marianna, who was also super friendly and always welcomed you with a smile on her face. Last but not least, I loved the fact that there were dinner themes so you didn't feel like the food was repetitive. There was a Greek night with barbecue outside, Italian night, Asian night, etc. Although I consider myself a picky eater, I could always find something appealing. I highly recommend this hotel! :)

Expectations equal reality. Solid four stars hotel. Staff well organised and look after customers very well. Room service doing great job, smiling and friendly staff. Food every evening represents different country’s kitchen. Both pools and entire area clean. I would recommend to stay here,also you can reach to the old city of Rhodos by feet.

Amazing Beautiful hotel we had an amazing stay I want to give a special mention to Mariana treated us like royalty beautiful girl ,Mike also was amazing . Hotel was perfect food & drink outstanding .Every single member of staff was Friendly amazing stay . Thank you.xx

We stayed with my daughter family of 2 adults and 2 kids as we were 6, at sol by melia Cosmopolitan Hotel for a week. Very clean hotel, cleaning everyday even on Sundays. Customer service was very good, we loved it. Food was excellent and plenty. Minus points go to being too crowded, and we didn't see not much Greek cuisines and sometimes some meals finnished so fast and when go later you don't get them at all. Evening performances were very good we enjoyed them so much but too small auditorium, sometimes we couldn't find sitting places.

My first experience in Greece and it was one to 100% to remember. Me and my friend went for my birthday celebrations which this was the perfect hotel to go. It was clean, friendly & luxurious. The room was beautiful with the sea view, staff were polite and the animation team especially George head rep was just incredible with positive energy. The restaurant food was absolutely fantastic enjoyed each meal we attended. The drinks were great as well. Poolside was perfect with great entertainment/water activities. I can’t fault this hotel/location, 10 min cab from Old Town & walking distance from bars/restaurants/shops/beach Only one negative thing was the evening entertainment could be a bit flat however the animation team always smashed it for us to enjoy. But don’t let that put you off 10/10 overall stay.

Five star nothing bad to say Versilles server lovely blue eyes owns three cats looked after anyphlatic daughter ensured she knew what she could and couldn’t eat , room seaview very spacious clean comfortable , extra blanket if needed robes n slippers massages worth the extra full time given fully relaxed no peeling sunburn , pool bar pizza unlimited, drinks. Unlimited cocktails pop squash etc ice cream unlimited only bug bear people saving loungers then not using them for hours Greece is lovely the Greek people helpful friendly rescues us when stranded flagged down taxi helped us immediately, multiple disabilities yet never felt judged Greece is firmly in my heart as are her people lindos, symi archangael micheal monastery Tamika bay Anthony Quinn bay karimos all worth visit lovely Greek taverna for meal also on trip watched every sunset and every sunrise it’s true my heart was sad to leave

From Scotland, we have absolutely loved our trip as a family of 4 (kids 9&11). The staff were excellent and not one person had a language barrier with us speaking English. Not wanting to single anyone out as that wouldn’t be fair in how we treated by all the reception, restaurant, main bar, pool bar and the entertainment team. A full list of activities through the week in the main pool, kids pool and the kids club ensured that everyone was catered for in our young family. The food selection through the week was tremendous and we did venture out for 2 nights to the Indian less than 150m away and also into Rhodes.

2 weeks we spent here, and what a two weeks it was. The rep George and his team have been nothing but fantastic to us! They include everyone and have called me “Cpt Ouzo” since playing the music quiz on my first week. They’ve really made us feel welcome and part of the crew. Plenty variety on food throughout the day however there are restaurants nearby if it doesn’t tickle your fancy. Comfy beds and big rooms that are cleaned from top to bottom every day by cleaners who always say good morning with a smile. If the entertainment at night isn’t for you the main bar is the place to chill out and have a drink, Mike on the bar is absolutely brilliant and doesn’t mess around with people who skip the queue. Also fresh cocktails and a selected cocktail each day (personal favourite is strawberry sangria) The wind is a nice addition to the heat but don’t let it fool you, you’ll still need suncream All in all a great experience and loved everything about it, will hopefully come back one day
