Hay Hotel Alsancak recensioner

We have upgraded our room to a bigger one in our second night of stay. It was very comfortable. Hotel is located in the most attractive location of İzmir ( Alsancak ). Walking street is just beside street of the hotel entrance door. Rooms are very clean and convenient. They thought about very small details which makes things easy. Totally recommended.

karşılama çok iyi, odanın havasından temizliğinin iyi durumda olduğu anlaşılıyor. ayrıca oda servisi v.b. hızlı. araçsız çok rahat ulaşılabilen konumda.

非常好的酒店！地理位置絕佳、服務和硬件設施都很齊全，老闆也很熱心，整體體驗超出預期。出門走幾步路就能到達海邊，另一側是小吃街。下次有機會還會選擇住在這裏。

İş seyahati sebebiyle tek kişilik odada kaldım. Temizlik ve hizmet harika, çalışanlar kibar, ilgili ve alakalı. Odalar rahat, konforlu. Merkezi konumda, ulaşımı kolay fakat bulunduğu konum itibariyle biraz ses-gürültü olabiliyor. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak ***et yeterli ve lezzetli. Bölgedeki tercih edilesi işletmelerden biri kesinlikle.

外觀看起來很精緻，住進去之後感覺一般，跟宜必思差不多價格，但是設施差不少，主要是傢俱床品。靠海比較近

If you ever go to Izmir I suggest you stay in this wonderful hotel. First of all I want to thank Tugrul Harmanu ( hope I spelt it right ) he checked us in and out quickly and efficiently and gave us a 2nd floor room. As I am quite a light sleeper it was rather noisy so the next day I asked if it was possible to change room. Tugrul assigned us another room without delay on the 6th floor. Perfect. He was obliging, professional and kind hopefully his boss will read this!!! The room was comfortable, had everything we needed, bed good, shower great and the fact that complimentary water was replenished everyday was fantastic. Breakfast had a choice of sweet and savoury so something for everybody. Staff were always helpful if you needed anything or wanted information. Thank you again

Reception staffs are extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms are nice, with comfy beds, decent shower rooms. Next to restaurants and shops.

Great new hotel very clean and great staff. Rooms are hip and modern and would highly recommend for the area location is ideal for shopping and food. Short walk from all locations and activities rooms come with water and a fairly priced mini bar

Great location, strong shower and great breakfast. The room was nice, clean and relaxing. Walking distance to an infinite number of cafes and restaurants. Also walking distance to the water and a fantastic view of the Aegean Sea! I would stay here again!
