Stayed here with my mum for a short break. Excellent hotel. The staff were amazing especially Hakki, George and the house keeper. Facilities excellent. Lovely garden to chill. Food was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend. Had a fantastic time here.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel, thanks to a combination of great features and service. The hotel staff were consistently helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or needs we had during our stay. A real perk was the complimentary continental breakfast offered each morning. It provided a good start to the day with a decent selection, saving us time and money before heading out. Our room was comfortably spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. We particularly appreciated the minifridge for keeping drinks and snacks cool. A standout feature was the balcony; it was wonderful to be able to open the doors for fresh air, offering a pleasant alternative if we didn't want to use the air conditioning system (which, importantly, worked perfectly when we did need it). Cleanliness was clearly a priority – the room was spotless upon arrival, and the bathroom was well-maintained and notably included a bidet. The hotel's location proved very convenient. While not directly downtown, it was situated close to public transportation options that could get you into the heart of the city in about 20 minutes, making sightseeing quite easy. For those traveling by car, the free private parking on-site was a huge advantage – secure, convenient, and a significant cost saving compared to parking downtown. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, combining helpful staff, comfortable and clean rooms with thoughtful amenities like the balcony and fridge, convenient transport links, and the major bonus of free parking. We would certainly recommend it.

I stayed only for 1 night for a business trip. The lobby had the colorful ibis styles decoration that gives a modern and stylish feeling. There was a very big car park (apart from the small one) next to the hotel, so parking was never be a problem at any time of the day. Suprisingly the hotel had room service and there were many options on the menu. Also the view was the best of that area. Thank you!

I was on a business trip to Izmir and decided to book this hotel due to its location close to the office. I booked directly (via Accor) and unfortunately, at the time of reservation, it was not possible to pay for the hotel online. I was arriving late into the night, on the 27th of September 2023, but since I checked that the front-desk was open 24/7, I decided it would be ok to be checked in after midnight. When I arrived to the front-desk around 1 AM, I was told that there is no room, as they cancelled the reservation. The email that I received stated that it was cancelled on my request, which, of course, was not true. The front-desk employee couldn't provide any reason, so we had to call the manager of the hotel. After some back and forth with very aggressive and impolite manager, it turned out that he arbitrary decided to cancel the reservation (and I would assume, sell this room for much more money to someone who gave him a good baksheesh). Throughout my 100+ nights with Accor Hotels, I have never had such an issue - which makes me assume that it was the manager of the hotel who had interest in selling this room to someone else. The front-desk employee was helpful looking for another hotel and arranging for a taxi for me, which was indeed a stark contrast with his manager, who was yelling on the phone that everything was not his problem. A few days later I was able to recover the workflow of the issue: While I was flying, around 9 PM, the hotel tried to authorise the payment (which was a little interesting, as they didn't do it during any of the days between reservation and the arrival date). The bank decided that the hotel was a scam (which typically happens when a company was reported as scam before) and cancelled the transaction. The manager used this as an excuse to cancel my reservation. There is no need to say, that the hotel didn't try to reach out via email or phone, they just cancelled the reservation. I later read on Google Reviews that this is not an uncommon thing - the manager of this hotel does this kind of things regularly. I would like to urge whoever is thinking about staying at this hotel, to stay elsewhere.

the staff was perfect and friendly spicily silin and delise .. the room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. housekeeping lady was very clean and friendly her name amina .. breakfast was delicious and fresh the location of the hotel perfect .. the lounge was cozy and the service was good.only one thing was Annoyed me to much there was noisy from the building near the hotel they wake up me from 9am morning was really noisy we can’t sleep but the hotel tried to make us happy because this thing out of there powered but they try to fix the problem.. iwill come back sure to this hotel but after The building is completing the construction and demolition process.

Beautiful hotel and even better staff. Currently at the ibis as I am having dental treatment in izmir, the hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. The shared spaces are lovely and comfortable and the restaurant is a great addition to the hotel. As for the staff they are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble, rooms are clean and cleaned everyday unless you don't want to be disturbed. The food at the restaurant and room service is excellent, good quality and very well priced. Overall I am so happy to recommend ibis, thank you to everyone for making my stay so great so far.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous for my reasons. The rooms are large and comfy with gorgeous huge beds with everything you would need for your stay. Fridges in rooms, fabulous big waterfall showers and balconies. The staff are so kind and as my daughter and i had surgery in Izmir it was so lovely to have such kind staff to bring us ice packs and anything else we needed. They gave us a late check out to 2pm and the maid even gave up her time so we could shower and five before we left for the airport. Thank you to Gokcen, Hek, and Selda for making our stay so lovely ...see you again x

My trip to Izmir and staying at the Ibis Style … not too good today with the restaurant service meal was really bad … here until the 15th this is the 2nd day hopefully the service will improve and I can give a better review … the staff are good but the communication between them is not great

Bir iş seyahati için 2 gece burada konakladım. Öncelikle otel oldukça temiz ve konforlu. Oda servisi fiyatları bir çok otelin aksine ***et makul. Merkezi yerlere de yakın. Yemek yemek ya da bir şeyler içmek için ister oteli tercih edebilirsiniz isterseniz yakındaki onlarca mekandan birisini. Bir sonraki İzmir seyahatimde de tercih edeceğim bir yer.

Başta çalışan arkadaşlar çok nazik, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Öncelikle kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Klasik Ibis Styles zinciri. Her şey az, öz ve temiz. Akşam yemeği seçenekleri güzel ve lezzetli. Fiyat açısından korkulacak rakamlar yok. Odalar bana göre yeterli. Su için soğuk yorumu yapılmış ama Kasım konaklamasında su ile ilgili bir sorun yaşamadım özellikle belirtmek isterim. Iş seyahatlerinde tek tercihim olacaktır.

Öncelikle Ahmet bey, Zafer bey ve başak hanım dan ilgili ve misafirperverliğinden dolayı teşekkür ederim. Kuruluş günü Hakki bey ve hotel çalışanları kuruluşa yardım ettiler ve teknik konusunda hiç bir sorun yaşamadık. Kurs’un birinci ve ikinci günü her şey ***et yolunda ve ideal ilerledi. Sadece coffee break düzenini çok beğenmedim, ne kadar da Ahmet bey takviye için emek versede mutfak şefinin yapması gerekeni ideal bir şekilde yapmaması bizi üzdü. Örneğin meyveleri kesip biraz süsleyin sunucağı yerine dört beştane meyveyi sepete koyup getirmesi pek hoş durmadı. Geri kalan her şey çok ideal ve bence izmir genelinde en çok yardımcı olan hotel ibis hotel dir.

Uzun süredir bu kadar kötü bir otelde kalmamıştım. Az önce otele döndük ve oda temizliği (804) daha yapılmamıştı (15:35). Housekeeping kapı önündeydi. Ona bunu hatırlatınca "oteldeki tek oda sizinki degil" dedi. Haklı. Şampuan rezalet, 5.kalite. Banyoda havlular için askı yok. Dolap yok, açık konsept. Biz orta yaşlarda iki doktor çift için aşırı kalitesiz bir otel. Ergenler bunları dert etmeyebilir.
