MARİNA Hotel recensioner

Hotellet var avskyvärt skulle inte gå en fot in i det hotellet någonsin igen, jag var tvungen att boka ett annat rum med ett annat hotell på grund av att receptionen sa till oss att vårt rum var klart till 17:e kl. 14.00. Jag anlände kl. 5.00 den 16.

Located in Izmir center. Comfortable to see around explore the Izmir.

I checked into marina hotel just after midnight and there was a gentleman there to meet me, the room I was given was pleasantly good, clean and fairly big, and even had a little balcony that looked out onto the main street. Big bonus that the air-conditioning worked well The mattress was comfortable for me but the firm, however the pillows were like 2 sack of bricks really terrible. Basic amenities provided and a mini fridge with some refreshments all reasonably priced. Bathroom shower had abit of mould but that is not uncommon for these hot humid places.wotu not proper vent extraction. My only 2 complaints, the wifi isn't the greatest struggle to video call my family using it as it kept cutting out. And there was a vent between my bathroom and the next room and I could hear every time they went to the toilet, showered or blowdried their hair. Otherwise I felt safe as a solo woman and it was a pleasant few days stay location was fantastic, right near (8-10 min walk Basmane station (which takes you directly to Ephesus, also close to the trams which take you easily anywhere.

The location of the hotel is perfect almost the middle point of every destination in İzmir. Because it is located in an electronic market day time is crowded and night time super silent nice to sleep. Their AC is working hard all night and cools down much but during night it doesn't stop at a certain temperature and we felt cold during the night, if you turn off the AC room will get so warm again. There's no chance to balance. Good they have a small balcony but have no good view. The bathroom was wonderful 👍 nice. And thanks this hotel thinks about believer guests and they provide a praying mat 🙏

Outstanding hotel with excellent service and amenities within the heart of Izmir in a budget. Everything was clean and perfect, a decent breakfast option and a good location to go to any places.

From my experience I don’t recommend it at all. I paid online when I went to the hotel they over charge me the make me pay 1000 Turkish lira because the room was so small and I changed to double bed . And when I check the price online was £3 pounds and I get charged £30 . When I told the hote why this the didn’t have an answer …

This hotel was a nightmare no room service stayed there for 3 nights I asked why my room hasn’t been cleaned he answered back rudely saying you have to pay for it absolutely rubbish I even had to pay for toilet paper once it finished dont not recommend it

The hotel is well maintained and clean. Friendly staff. The location is good, on the border of the Konak in a small street that leads to the boulevard. There are two bus stations and one metro station nearby. The sea and the Clock Tower are an easy walk, half an hour... My room was very small but clean. The problem was the window that could not be opened and ventilation was not possible. There is no partition or shower curtain in the bathroom. There is also no shelf for toiletries. Breakfast was good, eggs, cheese, muesli, coffee, tea...

Friendly front desk staff. There was always someone available to help, and they were able to speak English as well. Location of the hotel is in a good place, near a metro station, many food shops and bus stops.

Reception guy was good and helpful. But the overall hotel had problem with rooms, hot water doesn’t work evening time.

Super hotel

Tea or coffee Cups inside the room were paper kind for one time use but they put 1 for 2 days and when i asked reception for tea cup , he said come and take if you need . also coffee and tea bag were charged only 1 time for 2 days . It means i need to drink tea only one day and another day i should not . Room cleaned only 1 time for 2 days and it means shower towel did not change . There was not a coffee machine in the hotel for breakfast .
