Walking distance from JR station to the hotel. Clear direction is given along the way. The view in the room is amazing! The room is super large compared to the size in downtown Osaka. But u could tell the room is dated and the carpet is not being cleaned like forever. Plus, the noise in the room is going over all night. I’m not sure if it is related to the elevator or water plumping. The noise just keep going on even in the day time.

We stayed at 47th floor. The room is spacious. And it's connected to Rinku Premium Outlet which is awesome They also provide the shuttle bus service to KIX in the morning (until 8.55am). One thing can be improve is the TV may upgrade to Google TV will be much more enjoyable for foreigner.

We booked a smoking room mistakenly and they upgraded us to a suite at a very reasonable price. The girl at the front desk was very helpful. The location is perfect if you have an early flight at the Kansai airport. Free shuttles are running to KIX frequently. Rinku Outlets is also nearby.

I saw many great reviews about this hotel from service to location and I can say, I have no complaints except for compliments! The location is fantastic and you can literally walk into the hotel from the station. In addition, the view from my 41st floor is great! Located next to the hotel, there is a huge Cosme store where you can load up your beauty products before flying. In less than 8 min walk, you'll reached Rinkyu Premium outlet. Shop till you drop! I highly recommend this hotel. Despite it being a bit old, the cleanliness is top notch too.

Stargate hotel is fantastic with its location and access to several things for example rinku town premium outlets, nearby supermarkets including 24hr trial supermarket and train station which is so convenient to go other places like namba, Nara and more.. the hotel staff and room facilities are excellent. I would only like to suggest if they can improve on their check-in time from 3pm to earlier like 12-1pm it will be great. Over all wonderful experience. Thank you stargate.👍

Strongly love the shuttle bus provided and breakfast is pretty good and handsome chef. The scrambled eggs need to be runny n creamy instead of dry. Room is pretty old furnished but spacious.

The hotel is located just 1 stop away from Kansai International airport and right outside Izumisano train station. The check in time was strictly after 3pm but they allow for luggage storage if you arrived earlier. The view from the hotel room was breathtaking! The hotel staffs, from front desk to the chambermaids, are all very polite and helpful. The breakfast spread was good and they even have a booth for takeaway coffee right outside the dining area. Overall, it was great!

The hotel was well located right by rinku-town station and accessible within 20 minutes of the airport (once you get through customs and immigration). It was easy to tap with a contactless card through the ticket gates or you could get an ic card to take the train to the hotel. There’s no hotel pick up from the airport. The room itself was spacious and had a couch, refrigerator and complimentary mineral water. The elevator was fast and my ears popped on the way up. The tub in the bathroom was the only part that didn’t look clean, everything else was good. The room met my expectations of being close to the airport with late check-in (11:30pm), early check out available and all required amenities. In the morning you could hear the planes overhead.

The room is spacious and with a beautiful view of the sea and the town. The shuttle service to the airport is punctual and the driver is very organized and helpful. I really enjoyed my one night stay at the hotel. There’s a supermarket close by and you can do your last minute shopping to get some of the food you like.

Very convinent hotel, one stop from Kansai airport. Room was big enough as a comparison of typical Japanesse hotel. Staffs were freindly. Breakfast was great with a faboulous view.

As we take early flight, we select this hotel because they provide free shuttle bus from hotel to the Kansai airport in the early morning time. Location is prefect. It is connected to the JR Station with clear indication. It is convenient to Shopping lovers as it is closed to Rinku Town outlet and Trial. My room is at 46/F with super nice view.
