The Premium Hotel in Rinku recensioner

Very clean and nice service. Just 1 km away from the Rinku Town station was a big work to me as I had to carry my big suitcase. But other than that, I loved the rooms and shampoos and the service.

Great Room Size but Disturbed by Wind Noise I stayed at a hotel in Rinku before my flight from Kansai International Airport (KIX) and was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a twin room. This room was significantly larger than the one I had booked, and in fact, it was the most spacious room I encountered during my entire stay in Japan. The room was clean, and I appreciated the extra space. However, my experience was overshadowed by the intense wind noise throughout the night. The sound was so loud that I initially thought someone was rolling their suitcase in the hallway during the midnight hours. It turned out to be just the wind, but it was loud enough to keep me awake. I even asked the receptionist to check the noise, as I was uneasy and initially thought it might be something supernatural. The staff was kind and helpful in addressing my concerns. While the location is convenient for an early flight, it’s not particularly close to the station, which might be a consideration for travelers relying on public transport. Overall, the hotel is decent, with excellent room size and helpful staff, but the wind noise detracted from my comfort.

Hotel room can view the Mt Fuji when the weather is good.

Close a lot of restaurants ,friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Close to outlet, but not good instruction for walking to the hotel (via Google map) Clean and simple.staff are friendly and helpful. From train station is about 15 unites walk. You can find addidas shop first, then find ARMARNI [Right behind this shop, where is the far end of the outlet]. Still, the price is cheaper than others (nearby train station-i would suggest those)

Considered very well located and affordable if you are visiting and shopping at Rinku Town Premium Outlet. Hotel is just right behind BOSS. Room was clean and i got a free upgrade to twin. However, there was a musky smell in the room maybe coming from the aircon.

Good locatione, but why don't have shuttle from and to Airport, so make difficult access

Standard room size. Close to Kansai airport, approx. 10min drive, which is what I wanted (hence, Location is good for me). Right across from Rinku Premium Outlet.

Room was fine but there was no free drinking water supply. You have to buy the water at Reception. We arrived late at night but no one set up the Japanese bedding for us until I have to go to Reception to ask for help

Well located for Kansai airport transfers or if you want to visit the outlet mall (I did not try but it's just across the road). There are also convenient stores & the Rinkuu town train station close by. Front desk service was also good. Only complaint is that the shower curtains / bathroom did not smell very good. Room felt a bit outdated too.

Landing at KIX in the evening so this is good place to rest value for your money. it is 50% cheaper than downtown.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in Japan and I travel there often. Their idea of a futon bed is basically 2 blankets and I doubt it's cleaned properly as it gave me an itch. There is zero cushioning and zero comfort. If you arrive even just an hour early they will "charge you" for an early check in. The counter staff even said that's just too bad. Zero Service, zero comfort, zero cleanliness.
