It has clean environment, excellent service and Mr Rawat is an amazing person,easy booking and healthy breakfast and lunch options available anytime .Rooms are always clean and tidy with toiletries available ***** with vanity kit, disposal bag and their own special emergency kit .All of these items are available anytime I want and they are super convenient to use

Very comfy stay at this simple but comfortable hotel. The staff is very attentive and helping, and the service doesn't leave any room for complaints. Located strategically - Kalchuri is never far away from any place and being close to the railway station- it is always quite busy.

Outstanding hospitality and courtesy. The hotel offered a very economical package for a very comfortable and memorable stay. The quality of good is very good and room service, round the clock, was outstanding. The courtesy extended by the staff is very heartwarming.

It is an average hotel that is suitable for overnight stays. Overpriced for the basic facility that it offers. The musty smelling towels and sheets are not quite up to the mark. The breakfast is average and eminently avoidable. I did not have dinner so cannot comment.

Nice comfortable stay in a homely environment. The hotel looks old but adequately maintained. Very close to Jabalpur Rail station and only 30 minutes from airport the hotel stands out although its run by Madhya Pradesh tourism. Delicious food and courteous staff made our stay pleasant. Would love to book the place again if visiting Jabalpur in future.

Before writing any other point I must mention that staff of this hotel is true representation of hospitality industry. Every staff member was ready to go an extra step to serve the guests. Particularly the staff in breakfast room. Complaints about maintenance in room were attended instantly and job done satisfactorily. Overall it is a good infrastructure, poorly maintained. Doors, door locks, torn wall paper, furniture and other woodwork polish etc. all need to be attended to badly. Furniture and equipment in the breakfast room needs attention and replacement. Food and service was of course good.

I stayed at MPT Kalchuri Residency, Jabalpur with my four other family members including my parents and child from 23.12.2022 to 26.12.2022. The property is very close (approximately 1 km away) to the Jabalpur Railway Station and thus it is very easy for a traveller to connect with the property. MPT Kalchuri Residency is MPT Hotels Resorts' premium residency and undoubtedly one of the best places to stay. They offer AC Super Deluxe Rooms and AC Suite Rooms. We booked two AC Deluxe rooms and stayed at room numbers 201 and 202 which are on the 2nd floor and facing towards the road. Rooms are extra spacious, clean and very well maintained. Housekeeping staff come daily at a scheduled time and do a good cleaning job. They gave four 500 ml bottles of mineral water every day in the room and good toiletries were provided. It has a party hall on the ground floor which has been used for different ceremonial purposes and it is better to avoid rooms above the party hall. There is an in-house restaurant and a bar and the food served there are hygienic as well as very tasty indeed. They provide buffet breakfast in the morning and plenty of options are available there depending on your own choice. All the staffs are very kind, polite and helpful. There is ample space for parking also inside the campus and they offer a free parking facility. On request, they arrange a car for local sightseeing. They also have a rooftop swimming pool. Also, I like the interior decoration in the lobby. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were very satisfied with the hotel and would love to return.
