The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa

It is hard to say enough good things about this place. It is brand new having reopened in July, 2024 following a rebuild from a fire 4 years earlier. The rooms are very nice, albeit not huge, but the staff and the amenities throughout the hotel are first class and, collectively, they make the place one of the better places we have stayed for the money. We enjoyed both their Spa and their restaurant, Wild Sage and found both, particularly the restaurant, to be superb. The restaurant was the best we ate at in Jackson over our four days there. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was top notch especially given that my visit was during the shoulder season. The hotel is quiet and comfortable and the spa was a 10! We also dined at the restaurant one night and the food was outstanding. The location is also perfect walking distance to town

The personal service and hospitality of every staff member is exceptional at this boutique hotel which was just rebuilt and opened in June 2024. From our arrival and check in with Astrid and Colleen, we knew the hotel was special. They both treated us as though we were friends. They gave us great advice about local sights and restaurants. Our king room was luxurious with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. Little touches like having coffee tea, and freshly baked cookies available make you feel at home. Patrick and Duck, at the Sage restaurant, made my birthday dinner experience first rate. The hotel is located in a quiet section of Jackson, but close walking distance to all the restaurants and the charming downtown. The small but intimate spa provides great service and massages. We will definitely return.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Fresh baked cookies, specialty teas, upscale furnishings. The bed was very comfortable, and overall feel of hotel was amazing. One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever eaten! We will definitely be returning!!

Amazing stay. Every detail, friendly face, and meal was top notch. I cannot recommend The Rusty Parrot enough. Our room was amazing. The comfort factor of this resort was incredible. The lush carpet on the bedroom floor, fixtures, lighting, bedding, bath tub, chaise lounge chair, fireplace, homemade cookies every evening, chocolates at turn down, Coffee & tea station…the list goes on and on. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and it was wonderful. The cocktails and bar are great as well. Loved all the sitting areas, spa, and water station at check in. Would recommend and will definitely be back. Every single employee was overly friendly and helpful. These were“my people” ☺️. We cannot wait to come back and that’s saying a lot as we drove from Ohio!!! 😉

I am a Lifetime Hilton Honors member with over 1,000 nights spent at Hilton properties and I can say that the Rusty Parrot is one of me top 5 stays ever! My wife and I spent 5 days here in September and loved every minute of it. The facility and grounds are immaculate and the staff is professional, attentive and beyond friendly! The location in Jackson is quiet while being close to all the action. We had breakfast on site every morning and the food was outstanding. The bar was top notch and the sitting areas provided the perfect ambience at the end of our busy days. I wholeheartedly recommend the Rusty Parrot for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Jackson! We will be back!
