We stayed in the Wentworth Suite, which had a delightful private balcony and rocking chairs. As it was heading into Autumn, the real fire was a delight and made for a relaxing evening experience. Dan's breakfasts (I chose the Scramble each day)) were a perfect start to the day. Dan was really helpful with an early start when we were heading to the Cog Railway. Thank you Dan! Cassie was superb and easy to contact even out of hours if you needed anything. The Inn is a lovely building, clean, spacious and perfect for dropping into Jackson and doing the Loop Trail just outside town. (The Wildcat Tavern is a must, if you're staying here; just across the road, with great food, service and live music). Coffee is available throughout the day, as well as anything you need for preparing and taking your own food. Cassie and Dan were hugely attentive and lovely people. Very helpful with local info. Very historic building, full of character. If you're travelling the Kancamagus Highway, or Cog Railway, both are close by, making this a perfect stop for the leaf peeping.
