We had planned to stay two nights, but due to street noise, no hot water and a television that did not work, we asked to check out after one night. They said that would be fine and would not charge us for the second night. We asked for a receipt which they said they would email, but never did. When we received our credit card statement, they did charge us for the second night. We made multiple attempts to contact them with no response. We brought all issues to them the first night. 1. We asked to be moved to a quieter location and were told no other rooms were available. 2. They told us they would send someone to fix the TV, but no one ever came. 3. They told us they would fix the no hot water issue. They never did, so we took cold showers. These are the primary reasons we left early. In addition to the above issues, the hot tub on our patio was filthy, although we couldn't use it anyway with no hot water. Also, the bathroom was not very clean. The next morning, the person at the front desk told us the manager agreed, and we would not be charged. Unless we were going to be charged for a second night, why would we stay another night when none of these problems were addressed?
