The best impression we had was the ever pleasent smiles of the staff and so willing to help. The owners , Mr and Mrs Sangaran went out of their way to take care of us. I have experienced such genuine warmth only at a few places in Sri Lanka. Manager Mr Thilak was also at hand to get our travel arrangements sorted out. Initially I contacted Jenny who always had a smile to help. Breakfast was fantastic. The water pressure in toilet including shower was exceptional. I was told that they even purify water to remove any saltiness. Rooms were clean and linen was clean too. I think Subash retains an iconic heritage in Jaffna and I feel they should make it more visible. Thank you to all until we see you again !! 🙏

Stayed for one night, was going to be more… Dirty, overpriced with dodgy feel, seemed to be run by adolescents. Sheets dirty, asked for more but they were filthy. Charged us $5 for cancelled night which was a plus. Avoid there are much better options at half the price, as we discovered.

Value for money. Near all facilities. Had minor hiccups in the room but the front office uncle was quick to sort them. Bar and restaurant available. Breakfast was great and love the fresh milk tea in the morning. Best to provide driver stay foc like other av 3 stars for future referrals via them in appreciation
