Overall experience was very disappointing. The pictures on the web and the actual rooms were very different. The rooms were small and the rooms that they count as family (4) is very small . Only 2 Adults can stay. The bedding was very basic. The bathrooms were very different to the photos. I would not recommend this place.

Realise that this hotel has two accounts on TA. Therefore documenting it all over again! After making several calls and a lot of preparation we arrived to realise that this site was far from what was it promised to offer. A spark led to no electricity to then realise that there was no generator despite the assurance that there was one! Sat in the dark for nearly three hours. When pondering whether to stay there or not, we get informed by the co founder that we will have to pay for the entire duration of our booking even if we don't stay there at all! This was way way below the belt!! Linen was dirty. The toilets were full of cobwebs and vermin. The dining hall was way below standard. The manager breaking his arm two days before our arrival did not help. The place was run by three very pleasant and extremely helpful but inexperienced university students! They did go above and beyond their call of duty to assist us, but we were utterly disappointed with our stay there. Would certainly not recommend this place to anyone else to venture out nor will we attempt it again. The pictures you see are very deceptive. Very disappointed.
