Alila Fort Bishangarh

We were blown away by our visit to the Alila Fort. We saw it was a beautiful property from the photos, but we did not know it would be the highlight of our India trip. We were assigned to Bondita, our personal concierge. She was very professional and a wonderful ambassador for the Alila Fort. Bondita made herself available to us 24/7, and I found that out when I contacted her with a question during her off hours. I asked about the children in the village and she checked with her supervisor before taking us to the school to meet the children and staff. Visiting with the local villagers was the highlight of our 10-day visit to India and Bondita handled it all before her work day even began.

Very good and luxurious place. The staff is very good and courteous! Special mention for Sakshi she was very helpful and kind and always ensured that we were well attended at Amarsar the cafeteria, she was not only kind and helpful but very well mannered.

One of the best properties that I've stayed at. The staff are so warm and welcoming, it's a very unique property as it's a fort and not a palace, so the decor is minimal yet tasteful. Very comfortable rooms, delicious food and drinks and good amenities. There's also a good number of activities to do within the property, such as camel cart ride, kite flying etc. We were there for our anniversary and the staff made it very special for our family. F&B team especially was so kind and accommodating to all our requests, special mention to F&B staff : Sakshi,Santosh,Siddhanth and Souvik. Strongly suggest to visit atleast once for a memorable experience.

We had stayed at this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary and without a single doubt can say that everything was impeccable. Our checkin was so smooth, thanks to Miss Bondita who took care of all our queries and gave us a property tour with a big smile on her face .Our dinner at Nazara was also an amazing experience because of the live singers and food. The breakfast was at Amarsar, where they have menu where in you can order all exquisite dishes prepared by chef. We are highly impressed by the hospitality of the team. Special mention of Bondita from front office team, Siddhanth at the restaurant for going extra mile to accommodate our request and Santosh at restaurant for his warm hospitality. Additionally the buggy drivers were just awesome in being kind to stop at multiple points so that my kid can take pics. My kid wanted to add his feedback too which is —＞ This place was also kid- friendly property, and the room was the best, Everybody even told that it was the most great room in the whole place, and we agree. So visit this place when you need to Hakuna Matata,

Staying in a 250 old fort is something unique. Still it comes with all modern amenities and facilities. It is accessible by lift and buggy everywhere. We got upgraded as we booked through Amex Fine Hotels. They even called beforehand and explained what will be best possible with my request for 2 nearby rooms. Rooms are massive. One thing I wished was a cleaner window. Breakfast was served on the table with endless options to choose from. Everything was delicious. Service was top notch. From reception, to buggy drivers, everyone spoke very politely. Sakshi, served us during breakfast and high tea and was very friendly and catered to all our requests. For dinner, we went to Nazaara, which was an open air roof top candle light dinner. It was just awesome. I would recommend staying here just to have a meal here. In high tea, they had 6 hot snack items. I have never seen such a variety elsewhere. They arranged a complementary farm tour and camel cart ride, which were good too. In all, a wonderful chilling stay.

In my opinion, there are a lot of 5 stars - 7 stars properties to explore. But this one has been beyond my experience in every possible way. I have never felt more welcome before. What makes this place special are the people who serve you with all their heart. SAKSHI MAHESHWARI made sure we were looked after well, throughout our stay. If I’m ever coming back here, it is mainly for her. Thank you Sakshi for giving me an experience to remember and reasons to come back. Your genuine service will never go unnoticed and I won’t be surprised if you are the reason why Alila is regarded this highly :) Keep up the great work! Lots of Love, Israa.K
