Beautiful hotel with elegant decor and spacious rooms. Well maintained. Great service from check in , to breakfast and dinner service, and check out. Good security with card tap to access floors. We utilized the banquet hall for a Golden anniversary party for my parents and it was good size for a large gathering which made for a memorable photos. Like to shout out Pratisha on 2nd floor restaurant - she served us every morning in breakfast and once at dinner and she was very sweet and courteous and made nice conversation and was always smiling.

Great value for money, comfortable hotel, excellent restaurant (although 100% veggie, the variety was fantastic). Cleaning service also with great quality. The major problem is the total lack of insonorisation of the rooms. At any time of the night (2am, 4am,...), we always listen lots of noice, and that prejudices our rest.

There is no place like home. This is because your heart is there with your family. Since 1999, my wife, Lila, and I have been traveling to India, our second home. We love many places, but somehow, we fell in love with Jaipur. Since 2015, our home in Jaipur has been Shakun Hotel and Resort, a wonderful 4-star hotel with all the amenities and an amazing staff. This year, we stayed at Shakun for a total of 32 nights across five different visits, and the people here made us feel at home every second. I want to say thank you, namaste, and Jai Shree Krishna to all the staff, starting with Mr. Amit Sharma, the front desk manager, and the front desk officers Ojasav, Anjali, Yash, Vijendra, and Alok. Special thanks also to the porters—Manoj Ji, Rohit, and Naveen—and all the waiters, especially Gopal, whom we have known for seven years, as well as Patricha, Inderjeet, and Dilip. I don’t know the names of the fantastic kitchen staff, but they are great cooks. Finally, a special thanks to those who took care of our room: Mahendra, the chief; Kuldeep, my friend; and Aman and Tofic. I’m sure I have forgotten MANY names because the staff is large, and every single person is kind and special. I truly recommend Shakun Hotel, and I hope God helps us return in 2026.

The bathroom of the hotel really ****** with water logging in the entire bathroom due to no proper drainage. The hand shower wasn’t working n the shower knob was broken. The hotel staff didn’t really do much to help me with that inspite of complaining repeatedly. The breakfast was good n the hotel was decent but definitely not with the price you are paying for. It states its a five star but i would like to give only 3 stars to them

Very inferior quality towels and blankets which smell dirty and bleached which rubbed to your body eventually leaves allergic .... no value for customers apprehension or feedback....very poor administration and housekeeping...no value for customer service or feedback...no value for money.

I went to meet my friends who stayed in SHAKUN hotel for some business meetings I was showing then my jewellery and there was one package of stone I kept on there sofa where I was sitting one of hotel staff stolen my package of stone I been in the hotel many time they always gave some wrong information I asked for cctv phutage they never gave me Wat I want to see this hotel is full of robbers
