Dusty floor with nails protruted caused me injuries. Bad breakfast food.

Pathetic! pls stay away.Not value for money. Im totally disappointed with the hotel royal orchid central jaipur. The room they have given in sixth floor was in a bad condition. The rooms and toilet were not clean, full of stains, broken fixtures rusted areas in toilet. Hotel reception told us they will provide another room. The hotel person told us it was not cleaned properly. we were given another room in seventh floor and i went and looked while my tired mum was sitting in sixth floor as she wanted to have a sleep after a busy day and late check in.Attach the pics. Bad condition for second room also due to broken and stained walls, broken fixtures and un clean floors. Hotel advised me they are totally booked out night and no other options are avaialble. we had no other choice but had to sleep there. i asked for ice and the hotel charged 50 inr for a bucket of ice. my experience turned bad to worse when i went to take a shower.. The toilet not clean and it was infested with cockroaches. Attached pics and video. i got out of toilet and went to sleep and i found bedsheets were not clean and dirty and some insects were there.. i had three nights booked.Next morning i checked out and they are now not refunding the fees. This has been a terrible night for both my old mum and myself. This is not a 4 star hotel based on poor customer service and conditions of the room and cleanliness of the rooms. Totally disappointed and ruined my holiday.

We had horrible experience when we had booked this hotel. Getting room key took almost an hour although we had made full payment while booking. Then when we looked around we observed that hotel property was in terrible condition. The reception area itself had dirty walls, broken desk, dirty sofa. When we went to room the room floor was very sticky and not clean. The flooring carpet was broken. The sofa kept in room was torn and it was looking as if it's not even cleaned for ages. Even corridors on the floor were not clean. We immediately checked out as it was impossible to stay in such filthy hotel. When we were leaving hotel manager was arguing that theirs is a 4 star facility. I showed him how dirty the reception area itself is. Any simple hotel also keep atleast reception area clean. Please don't stay in this hotel. You may book a simple lodge instead which may be cleaner.

Good property for stay and Mool Singh is one of the BEST person on reception Who treated well us And minakshi too one of BEST person there we found well to help us ,did solution of our quieres ,entirely is best person both and property is so nice wll maintained for hospitality and stay

Best experience at Royal Orchid Central Jaipur!!! Food are Good,F&b,Housekeeping and front office staff is very helpful and cooperative Meenakshi and mool Singh is very humble and helpful thanks to all team. I will suggest it to my relatives and friends.
