We had a great stay at your Hotel. Everything was to our satisfaction and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food we had was very delicious and to our satisfaction. We had stayed here for 3 nights during our recent visit to Jaipur. It is a beautiful heritage hotel located in the residential area away from the city noise. The room was spacious with attached bathroom which was very clean and tidy. Complementary breakfast buffet didn't have much options but the food provided was delicious. Lunch and dinner is very costly. The cost of a plate of veg fried rice is Rs 450 and the quantity is half of what we get in other restaurants. Food is very expensive in this hotel but rest everything is good. Swimming pool was closed for maintenance.

We reached late in the day but we were greeted warmly by the staff and dinner was served for us at 10 PM! The hotel has been done very tastefully - a good mix of modern conveniences and amenities and art and small touches here and there that showcase the heritage of Rajasthan. The food was tasty and authentic. The entertainment troupe that came in the evening was top notch. (We visited Udaipur later in our trip and the performances at Mahal Khandela were at the same level as the one at Bagore ki Haveli in Udaipur) The location of the hotel is very convenient for access from the railway station and close to the must-do’s in the old city. Highly recommend Mahal Khandela for any family looking to enjoy true Rajasthani hospitality without compromising on modern amenities.

A consistently excellent stay. The staff was courteous and went out of their way to accomodate our group, which wasn't always very reasonable. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the location is convenient. The folks singers and fire dancers' performance in the evening was the crowning glory. We had planned way in advance, and that must have helped, because we were given a place for our evening karaoke too. Recommended.

Mahal Khandela is a heritage Haveli conveniently located near the railway station. The rooms are elegantly done and the hotel staff are very warm and friendly. There are cultural programmes in the evenings & the property's owner, Mr Khandelwal, goes out of his way to make your visit memorable.

Nice location right in the heart of the city. Very close to the Jaipur railway station. Property is well done with nice traditional paintings. Staff is polite, courteous and went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Look forward to staying again when I visit Jaipur next.

Amazing experience in this heritage hotel. The interiors and the place ooze heritage. Many spots for pictures I must say. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful.They even stretched for us in the night. The rajasthani dance organised was also very nice. Lot of respect for the dancers. All in all, the place helped us create loads of memories. Thanks.

Set in a restored old Shekhawati mansion, the rooms are grand & the decor is a delightful mix of traditional Rajasthani elegance and quirky modern touches. The staff? Oh, they’re the real gems here. They were always ready with a smile and a cup of chai, which, by the way, was so good it could make a tea connoisseur weep with joy. The food at the in-house restaurant was well prepared with plenty of choices for everyone. I’m pretty sure I gained a few pounds just from looking at the dessert menu. In short, Mahal Khandela is a delightful blend of history, luxury, and a sprinkle of great service. If you’re looking for a stay that’s comfortable & convenient this is the place to be!

This family-run hotel is located in the heart of Jaipur city, but is like a little oasis of peace and quiet once you enter it. Super warm hospitality, extra marks for the staff for being attentive and yet not intrusive. From check-in to the welcome ritual of a teeka, garland & turban, to the food Instagram-worthy walls, it was a great experience. The local Rajasthani cultural performance in the evening was icing on the cake. Strongly recommended, will visit again.
