We had a really special time staying at Jai Mahal Palace. Even though we reached at 3 AM, the staff welcomed us with a traditional tilak and a drink, which instantly made us feel cared for. The check-in was smooth and the entire experience from that moment just felt warm and personal. Our room was spacious, elegant, and opened up to a quiet outdoor area. The interiors across the property have that old-world royal charm, beautifully maintained and full of character. Walking around the gardens with the fountains and seeing peacocks dancing in the morning added to the whole vibe. Breakfast at Marble Arch became something we genuinely looked forward to every morning. Aslam, who took care of us there, was always smiling, polite, and made sure we were comfortable. Big thanks to him for being so kind every day. Also, a shoutout to Chef Bhavesh, whose omelettes were an absolute treat. He always greeted us with a cheerful hello and chatting with him while he cooked just made it feel very homely. Though the swimming pool was under renovation, the hotel arranged for us to use a pool at another location, which was a thoughtful touch. And one night, when we needed a basic medicine, the staff quickly helped us get it, something we truly appreciated. It’s small things like these that make a difference. All in all, it was a memorable stay full of warmth, care, and a royal atmosphere. We're taking back some really lovely memories and would definitely love to come back again.

Memorable Lunch experience Today, we had the pleasure of enjoying a lovely family lunch with a small celebration at the Marble Arch Restaurant in Taj Jai Mahal Palace. The entire culinary experience was outstanding — from the welcome drink to the starters, main course, and desserts, everything was prepared with authentic flavors and exceptional quality. The food truly exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the restaurant’s signature dishes like Dal Cinnamon and Gulkand ke Kheer, among many others. Our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff for their warm hospitality and attentive service. Special appreciation to Mr. Monu Pratap Singh, the restaurant manager, ***** with Ms. Rithuja, Mr. Vikram, and Mr. Abdullah for making our function memorable. A well-deserved 5-star rating for every aspect of our experience!
