The perfect place to stay in beautiful Jaislamer! The rooms are beautiful and clean, great AC, comfortable beds, great price, amazing food, and most importantly - the owner and workers are so nice and helpful, they went out of their way to make us happy. We aldo did tge desert safari through them and it was a wonderful experience

It’s was a wonderful Hotel very hospitable and comfortable to stay near to the Jaisalmer fort on the rooftop you can see city view and fort also The service is very memorable and friendly you should check out this place I highly recommended to you guys if you’re going to Jaisalmer

Hotel is near by railway station but we didnt worry because pickup was arranged by Hotel. We had come from Jaipur to Jaisalmer morning 5am and the driver was already waiting at railway station. From station till hotel it hardly took 5-10mins to reach. We met Mr.Manu who was very helpful till the end of the stay. Hotel has nice ambience, specially the third floor where it was very lively and positive vibes. The room we got was clean to stay and comfortable. I will recommend this hotel as their food is also delicious and you dont need to walk to any other restaurants.

Hotel restaurant and room service is best and food is also very excellent staff Manu Bhai ji also very good person and support me to much and guide me for everything what we need in Jaisalmer trip trip was amazing and hotel staff is very excellent and I highly recommend to everyone to come Jaisalmer and come to Pol havali thankyou Manu ji

One of the best hotel in jaisalmer. Our experience was. Great..Great people very very helpful.. service very very good. Clean room comfortable beds.. They have a best rooftop restaurant..very good food.. They arrange for us best camel and jeep safari to non touristic.. I really Higley recommended pol Haveli

I really loved this hotel🥰 The guy Harish guided us through the mesmerizing Sam Sand Dunes. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the camel safari, sharing interesting facts about desert life. Harish's hospitality was awesome. He went out of his way to ensure that we had the best experience possible, whether it was recommending local eateries, arranging for us to meet artisans in the city, or ensuring that we had everything we needed for our desert adventure. His personal touch made the trip even more memorable, and I highly recommend hiring him as a guide if you want to experience the true spirit of Jaisalmer.

A beautiful and wonderful place, good people and treatment above expectations. We received great and pleasant service. The owners helped us with everything. The place is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very nicely decorated. There is the old city nearby, you can walk around it. And there are other beautiful antiquities in the area. The place also offers a spectacular desert trip

wonderful hotel, great staff, got a lot of help in everything we needed. There are great tours at the hotel! Clean rooms, delicious food in the restaurant, in general, come, you won't regret it, I have never seen such an attitude towards guests anywhere, super!

A very good hotel in Jaisalmer.. built in traditional sandstone and located with easy access to Fort and other important sites. A family run, clean and comfortable place to stay, with 16 years of satisfied guests. With good food, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, spacious rooms, a lovely upper floor restaurant and relaxation area. Pol Haveli !! What a surprise. Clean, neat, amazing staff!! So helpful with everything, and I mean everything. Room had best shower power (hot water) than we had in India. The team is helpful and because they are NICE (not because they just want you money) Anything you want, they will help you with. Highly highly highly recommended!!!!

Amazing experience and overall amazing environment. Mannu bhai and his family is very friendly and very well behaved . Must visit hotel if you want to book in Jaisalmer. The food is very good and very welly cooked . The rooftop view was also beautiful.. overall amazing.

Pol Haveli is an excellent hotel, with a rooftop restaurant which offers very good food cooked right on the spot. The rooms are spacey and comfortable, the manager Manu is very friendly and helpful, and the vibe is is relaxing and homely. It’s a must for anyone staying in Jaisalmer.
