We stayed two nights in a deluxe suite and loved it. Spacious, clean and very quaint. Our room was of a local design and most comfortable.The property is still under construction for additional rooms so the pool area experiences noisy and activity due to this.
The staff were very kind, helpful and accommodating. We felt well cared for and most welcomed.
Recommend it for those looking to try a local experience with an upscale property.

Gem of a hotel, hidden under the backdrop of Jaisalmer fort. Excellent facilities. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Staff are local and helpful. We only frequented the restaurant for breakfast again which was basic but tasty. We booked a walking tour with a local guide who spoke very good English. The 3 hour took us around all the Havelis and into the local markets. Well worth going for a true reflection of local life.

Beautiful use of the yellow Jaisalmer stone with exquisite carvings. They even upgraded our room to a suite. Neat and clean rooms, royal touch comes specially when you enter the bathroom. The quality of Linen as well as toilet accessories was very good. Rooftop restaurant offers open as well as closed space. Breakfast is very basic, but served neatly. The flip side: Reception area does not give the feel of very good Hotel. The staff, even the front office people, does not smile. Only exception were two people during our 3-days’ stay. One was a middle aged guy who interacted with us couple of times and another was Raees at the restaurant. Actually the hotel is owned by a former cabinet minister of Rajasthan who spent lavishly on building but forgot to spend a fraction of it on training of the staff managing the hotel. In the hospitality business, it’s not the walls that welcome you but the environment given by people that creates happy moments and everlasting memories.

This property is a fraud, I booked with them from 19th Jan to 23rd Jan 2025. However, due to some circumstances, we canceled our trip to Jaisalmer. As per the hotel policy, if you cancel the booking 15 days before the date of arrival, a full refund is given. I contacted the property 15 days before the date of arrival and asked them to cancel my booking Mr. Sameer Bissa promised me that a full refund would be given to me. Since then I have been following up with them every day but to no avail. They haven't refunded my advance payment and now they have stopped picking up my phone also. If you are planning to book with them book it at your own risk.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Khalifa. They took a great care of us in all the way. They prepared so wonderful sightseeing for us and made our life so easy! I thank Mr Khan for that. All the staff including the restaurant staff is so helpful, caring and prompt in their service. I would highly recommend Hotel Grand Khalifa to all who want to visit Jaisalmer. Thank you Grand Khalifa for making our trip to Jaisalmer so special!

Very good experience, Khan sir is so much cooperative , they deal very well and gives you a good importance. We visited to there camp in sand dunes also, which is also so much good , having so much fun there, hotel and camp are couple friendly, must visit .

Beautiful hotel, peaceful and quiet with stunning architecture. Our room was luxurious, spacious and clean, with a large comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. The hotel has a cascading swimming pool and a rooftop terrace which is great for breakfast with a view of the fort. We opted for the deluxe suite whilst staying in Jaisalmer after several mid-range hotels in other places and revelled in the size and luxury of the suite. Large bedroom, large bathroom with his and hers wash basins and a great shower, living room with sofas and a fridge. The manager Raj was great but the other staff in general weren’t the friendliest we’ve come across, not sure whether that’s due to shyness or trying to be professional but they weren’t overly warm. We loved our stay and how close to the fort we were. Would definitely recommend.

This is a small property with artificial Haveli look situated on a very narrow street. Very limited food options in breakfast and items got repeated everyday in lunch and dinner. Limited number of serving staff. Very unprofessional behaviour of the management in organising tours. Provided with an auto rickshaw for city tour which would leave us at tourist spots to cater to other clients. We were overcharged for packages and no proper GST bills were provided. I won’t recommend this overpriced hotel to anyone

A really lovely place, the owner hosted us generously and took care of everything we needed. The place itself is beautiful and the pool is really good. The food is delicious and the coffee is really good! I recommend everyone to come here! An authentic experience!
