Was nice place … but lightning needs to be adjusted .., as people who come in evening cannot take proper pictures of the beautiful place …. Everything was nice but not upto the mark to how much they are chart for a night stay

There are some places that meet you with an immediate familiarity and warmth, making you are their own - and some find a permanent home in you … staying with you, as a lingering joy long after the journey ends. Suryagarh at Jaisalmer was both. A spectacle of culture, heritage, beauty and refined sophistication - it welcomes you in a manner that sweeps you off your feet right at get go. In a world that tunes into the sound of chirping birds on apps designed for relaxation, you are pleasantly surprised by sparrows flitting back and forth in their natural freedom bringing the place alive in their delightful chirping. The opulent beauty and sheer elegance of this place makes it stands out like an oasis – not just in this desert but as a refreshing pause from the hectic world we operate in. Attention to detail was another level of worldclass. I enjoyed the nature walks around beautifully maintained property grounds, the splendid star-studded night sky, a fabulously organized sunset trip to the dunes… and fascinating stories and conversations with an extremely hospitable and welcoming staff. Yes, it is true that people make a place…. And the people here were exceptional in their care, service, friendliness and a genuine desire to go over and beyond. With much gratitude for the experience…. A heartfelt thanks to KRIPALINI. She is the best. Thank you for the spot on suggestions- from suggesting the therapies, to organizing the dune trip and the memorable camel ride … for insisting I try Meat chawal -which remained my staple for days and still evokes food cravings. Your lovely presence enhances the appeal of this place. The entire staff here including Panditji are wonderful. The Spa and pool are well appointed with a great offering of relaxation and healing therapies. They also have their own vegetable garden and a pet area complete with horses, dogs and other adorable creatures. I could not find one thing about this place that needed improvisation, even if I tried. Perfection all the way! This is not just a travel destination; it is an experience that will be savored for life. A must add to every traveler’s bucket list. I also stayed at their sister property - Narendra Bhavan in Bikaner, which too is wonderful. Will be checking out their third property in the mountains soon. If the MRS group ever came up with a loyalty program- I’d be the first to sign up! Absolutely committed. And the best part is they treat their employees like family – providing schooling for children of employees, fantastic accommodation and meals for the staff etc. It is an ethical, well run, visionary group. I wish them good luck. Will be returning frequently and cannot wait for them to expand their footprint across India.

The staff was so amazing khushee from FO was so kind and attentive. She gave us a tour upon arrival, The property is so beautiful. We had a lunch in nosh. It was a great experience. I’ll recommended to all . Special thanks to khushee once again for giving us the best experience.

It was my 2nd time after 6 years. I first went for my b'day trip in 2018 and now in Aug'24 it was my gift to my bestie for her bachelorette. It's always a pleasure being here. The culinary experience be it at their multi cusine resturant (do look for Suresh, he is a gem of a person and will recommend best of Drinks and food). Be it their 6 course traditional thali experience at Marwa Resturant (do look for Simran for the best service there). Their signature spa's are not worth the miss. I tried Rait (taken from desserts of Jaisalmer) Healing Spa - Alba is very professional and made it very comfortable relaxing experience for me. Would highly recommend Mr Aniket Nath at front desk who is very humble and took good care of our overall stay and experience here. Thank you team for always always making it so special and pampering me with such great hospitality, experiences and great memories!!

The place is perfect for a couple of days get away with family or friends. The staff is always ready to help and very respectful. We spent a part of our honeymoon in the hotel and it will be forever remembered. We had a delightful time seeing the property with Ratan Singh from Concierge. He was super kind and fun to be around!

Our stay at Suryagarh was nothing short of extraordinary. From the luxurious accommodations to the impeccable service and prime location and sumptuous food, every aspect of our experience exceeded expectations. Property is very well maintained with real touch of Rajasthan. Having food at Both the restaurants Nosh and Legend of Marwar was truly awesome. Having Jaisalmer Special Thali was best of culinary experience till date. Evening Cultural programme was very soothing. The staff, from the friendly concierge to the attentive housekeeping team, went above and beyond to ensure making our stay exceptional. Kudos to Mr Suresh and Mr Jalaal from dining who very well served us. Only let down part was at the time of check out from the hotel where the staff was not professional at all, maybe she was not at her best at that day.

The best luxurious accommodation one could ask for. Came to celebrate a birthday event and kudos to team in making it the finest one. Special thanks to Paramjeet and Aniket for making really exceptional from arranging the escort to providing an upgrade and also taking additional efforts for 1-1 support.

We had a wonderful experience at the Suryagarh resort. They have the finest food, very well curated menu catering to all kinds of appetite. Property has culturally influenced infrastructure. The staff is very appreciative and acts promptly on the request. We had a very smooth and luxurious stay all because of the staff’s behaviour and service. Special mention to Prerna Sahni and her team from reservations, who helped in providing the best deal and made sure that all of our requests were met timely. Few names I remember are also worth mentioning- Abhishek Ranjan (Thali experience), Rahul, Santoshi and Anant. Thank you for the experience, we’d love to visit again.

The cultural experience at Suryagarh palace Jaisalmer left us with many stories and great memories. The hotel facilities and room services are exceptional. The staff are also accommodating and friendly. Miss Kriplani and Mr.Adhiraj both were very helpful

Blown away! What a resort, and amazing service, they make you feel special. Special shoutout to the Murtaza (Gm I Think), what a gentleman. With him leading the team, obviously they need to be amazing. Also there is a guy who use to be in Security - now a part of Front office, Great fellow - (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) - 2 Suggestions - 1. At the entry there are musicians who welcome you, behind that there is a small garden, you guys really need to put chairs, for them to sit on when there is no one - or make one with a stone slab to stick with the resort style. They have nowhere to sit - what a shame. 2. Food quantity really really really needs to be looked into, its very very small portions, so that is another disaster, Id like the management to look into.. Apart from this its amazing - we will visit again in Dec or Jan!

Stunning hotel, the staff is incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The place is luxury, peaceful and offers high quality services (yoga classes, spa, music and dance animations). The food is excellent. We had an amazing stay as a family. Highly recommend !

Wow!. This property is a classy regal icon of all that is Rajasthan and its royalty even though it is owned by a business family and is not a royal palace. Where do I begin?The grounds...breathtaking architecture with beautiful flora and gardening...superbly done up inside with gracious and friendly staff...the restaurant "Legend of Mewar" had the most delicious non vegetarian thaali I have ever tasted....alas I could only stay one night. Definitely coming back....

Our stay at Suryagarh was amazing…. The property is very beautiful. Every morning you awaken to flute music . The courtyard had peacocks and ducks moving around. Our check in was super smooth. A special mention to few people. Aniket had taken good care of us during the entire stay. Due to last min booking I could not get the room that I wanted but he managed to give us an upgrade and also arranged a beautiful surprise for our anniversary. Avinash from housekeeping ….Multiple walk ins and walk outs but the room was always super clean. The food was really delicious. Desserts by Deep chef were scrumptious. Early morning Yoga sessions with Ayush were very relaxing. Abhishek from hospitality was always there to help us. There is nothing much for the kids to enjoy. I stayed there 3 nights but my son was a bit bored. I wish the management takes care of this aspect.
