Our second long term visit to this hotel we had a few rooms booked and what made us return was the previous visit as the staff were on point. Keep doing what you are doing thank you Balraj, Sagar, Varun & Mahesh for your exemplary service, my mother and I treat this place like home, you also on this trip accommodated my nephew with ease immediately with his allergies and am forever grateful, in fact he told everyone in London he wants to stay here when he returns to JLR. Staff are accessible, some junior staff have their moments but that's natural everyone's learning and we are all human, inform the Mgmt and they guide them well. Breakfast and Kitchen staff Sachin(Breakfast staff) by far is the (Taj/W/FourSeasons) type of chap any 5 star hotel would have, attentive to the core, approachable and will always remember what you eat and even if you have gone back to your table and forgotten a fork it will be put on your table before you get up, he liases well with the chef (Robin) in the morning to get you what you need and an asset and want makes my mother and I return. Chef Suraj, thank you for your wonderful food and off menu items required and adaptations. my mother who's a very critical cook loves your take on the food and is very happy. In essence this hotel for what you pay is made that much more better by the staff and in my eyes is a bargain. Yes the rooms may need updating a little but no doubt given the circumstances they provide you with everything you'd expect from a Ramada, I'd choose this over the other Ramada or Radisson as i find those more outdated and worn.
