Staff was not so polite. Toiletries were not provided break fast was good wifi was not working properly younhave chase for service like for water etc.

I used to stay in this hotel regularly because of it's location and quite specious rooms this time i booked through and i had to pay more. The food quality is good but very very costly now as compared to earlier.

Location and property was great. Room vibe is good. Complementary breakfast should be in buffet format or at-least a guest should choose multiple food (option of choose any one food is not satisfactory)

Pathetic smelling rooms.
Toilet seat outsiders so dirty can't explain Breakfast pathetic.no choice for veg people Parantha and chole bhature unhealthy food only for veg people nothing else Bathroom washbasin dirty Allover not worthy of charging rooms Not going to visit even not going to recommend in dreams

Pretty unprofessional staff. The toiletries & supplies had to be asked, then also it took multiple request. Incomplete breakfast served, had to request repeatedly. Had to leave in between due to time taken to serve.

The hotel rules are more strict than a girls hostel or a jail. Once you check in your room you ought to be in your room otherwise staff will humiliate you if they see you roam around. During check they will also not inform you about their strict policies and then will humiliate you in the corridor no matter what gender you hold. Staff has no manners to talk to their guest. No water refills will be provided.

It is very horrible experience to satya here for one night, food is toooo much costly. If you book a room for rs. 1, 500- for a night stay. You will pay rs. 2, 000- for one time food. Service is very poor. They are providing one bottle (500 ml) of water for two person. Breakfast is in complimentary, but they will not allow to take more than 2 paraths in breakfast. Requested everyone, to take clarity before booking a room
