-The story doesn't end just there. The owner is an admirer of the famous architect Geoffery Bawa who names the homes he has designed by numbers. Taking a cue from this, the owner has named the home with his lucky number - 9, as 2+2+5 = 9. Hence 2259.
- Nestled amidst trees and greenery, this home is built in the style of Courtyard House reminiscent of a traditional Maharashtrian Wadastyle home.
-Surrounded by the beautiful views of the trees, the spacious home forms a C-shaped enclosure with the courtyard right in the heart of the home.
-This eco-friendly home is built to last using natural organic materials.
-Laterite stones are used for walls, Kadappa stones for the flooring, traditional Mangalore tiles made of clay for the roof while all the furniture and the building frame is built using teak wood.
