Second time here for fairly close access to Sydney International Regatta Centre.
Quiet location away from traffic. Cabins are of an adequate size for a family of 4 for a short period. The older cabins are certainly showing their age but comfortable enough for a quick night stop. I think the price we paid reflects this though.
Friendly staff when we checked in by phone out of hours.

Do NOT stay here. This place is a hell hole. When we arrived the lady at reception said to call anytime if anything went wrong….. Every door in the cabin looked as though it had been kicked in Atleast five times. The bathroom was full of mould and older than my grandmother. The carpet was sticky and filthy, same with the lounges. Every surface felt greasy and sticky and the kitchen was filthy. The hot water didn’t work, I tried going to reception (was closed) calling reception and the after hours emergency contact with no answer and a message bank. Left messages and tried calling multiple times with no answer or call back. Emailed the place and never received a reply. Do not go here.

Queen cabin was old, outdated and smelt, looks like it had water damage around the floor skirtings, the couch and floor was covered in stains, milk offered in fridge was complete mould (view pictures) bathroom fan was sounded like a plane. Picture advertised of bathroom on webjet website was different to what we got. Bed uncomfortable. The tv remote was for a different tv and wouldn’t change the channels, Receptionist was pleasant but wouldn’t recommend cabin.

My brother and I spent the weekend there. The receptionist was lovely , kind and accommodating. The room was very clean and the location is great and very quiet. We look forward to our next stay. Thankyou.

We stayed here as a group of 13 to attend a function at Maldenes. The staff were exceptional and rooms clean and comfortable. It was a perfect location to walk to and from our dinner venue and ideal with a swimming pool and park across the road for the kids. Panthers is also near by. On checkout we misplaced a room key and upon returning home found it which we quickly posted back. The staff were so understanding and worked with us to resolve. From a price point you can’t go wrong. We had people from from the central west, central and south coasts and Nepean Shires was the perfect meeting point. Cannot speak highly enough of this as a first choice when staying in Penrith, especially for families.
