The spacious upper floor has six beds. The apartment can be connected to the adjacent apartment (17219 Himos Alppinotko 6 A) if both sides are rented by the same tenant. There are two soundproof interconnecting doors on the ground floor between the apartments, which can be opened upon request in advance from the owner.

The spacious terrace includes a glazed area of 11 m². The open part of the terrace features a large seating area. Next to the glazed area is lounge furniture. There is also a spacious hydro massage bath available for rent on the terrace.
