Hotel Livvo Jandía Golf

We had such a lovely time here. For the price we paid with everything included, it was honestly worth every penny. The reception team were super friendly and welcoming they really made us feel at home. Big thanks to Lionel too, for being approachable and for the nice chat we had by the pool . We really appreciated it.

Recently returned from a week here. Lovely complex, excellent food & all the staff very friendly. Entertainment team worked hard to involve everyone in daily activities. Lucy, Alix & the other 2 animation team were excellent. Slides not opened at the end of our holiday, disappointing but valid reasons given when we asked. Would definitely return.

Just got back from an amazing stay at jandia Golf Hotel. Seriously, this place is awesome! The room was super comfy, the views were killer, and the staff was so friendly. Kevin and Nuria at the front desk were especially helpful – always smiling and ready to assist! The bar staff was also super nice and attentive, and the food was delicious! Plus, Lionel, the hotel's public relations guy, was a huge help and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend this hotel if you're looking for a relaxing getaway!

The whole complex is in the process of total refurbishment with only one of the three available blocks completed and ready for occupancy. We arrived late last night to a lovely welcoming receptionists and sandwiches as the restaurant was long closed. The bedroom is a good size, huge bed and has just been refurbished plus new bedding, towels etc. Also, lovely and clean. Our problems started when we awoke around 8.30am to drills, angle grinders and banging and load music. The other two blocks and the gardens surrounding the complex are being worked on by large groups of workmen and the noise is incessant! There is just the one main restaurant open as the speciality restaurant isn't ready to open yet. I'm sure that eventually this resort will be a lovely place to stay but I definitely would not recommend booking for the this year as there is so much work to do it could be months before they have finished. In my opinion this hotel is not currently fit for holiday makers. I mean how can you relax with constant building noise .

Ha sido una gran sorpresa lo agradable que es siempre el personal y como te atienden con una sonrisa. Me gustaría nombrar expresamente a Lionel, quien ha estado atento a que todo fuera perfecto y se encargó de darnos una sorpresa al ver que era nuestro aniversario. Además, en recepción siempre están dispuestos a solucionarte cualquier duda o problema con una sonrisa. También quiero valorar su comida de gran calidad para ser un bufet, sus cocteles preparados por los empleados y no de máquina son un gran punto a valorar y por último añadir que la limpieza de habitación ha sido maravillosa, siempre oliendo bien, realmente limpia y con bonitos detalles. Lo único que si me gustaría decir como algo a mejorar son los socorristas, quienes dejan las piscinas solas bastante a menudo.

Nos quedamos 3 noches y no nos podemos quejar. El complejo lo estan reformando poco a poco por bloques y por lo tanto las habitaciones son nuevas,son enormes y un espectaculo de habitacion. Las camas son comodísimas y para estar de reformas en otros bloques no te enteras de nada,el baño tiene un plato ducha bastante amplio y en si es enorme. Las comidas estan bastante bien en relación a lo que pagas,variado y por lo menos nosotros siempre habia algo que nos gustaba. Tiene 2 piscinas bastante amplias e incluso tiene unos toboganes. Pero....desde nuestro punto de vista habría algunas cosas que mejorar(también entendemos que es nuevo y estan arrancando) y seria a modo de recomendación: El horario de piscina es hasta las 6 ,a partir de esa hora la cierran de forma que no puedes acceder, teniendo en cuenta que estamos en verano yo la cerraría a las 6:30 o 7. Una seleccion de bebidas de calidad, por un suplemento, no estaría de mas. El snack bar hasta las 5 o 6, lo hacen muy pronto y al estar el buffet abierto no te apetece picotear nada ahi. Poca limpieza en las zonas comunes,puede que sea porque no tienen mucho personal(tambien lo entendemos). Por el resto está bastante bien,lo tenemos anotado en nuestra agenda para repetir. Hay muchisima paz y el personal es super atento y amable.
