It is a clean hotel with excellent facilities, including modern gym facilities, a wet and dry sauna, a hot and cold pool, and spacious restaurants. The hotel also has free parking in the basement, which is very convenient. Friendly, courteous, and helpful security personnel and front door and spa/sauna receptionists. It also offers the best pricing for a 4-star hotel in the area. Things to improve: breakfast quality.

Everything was top notch at this beautiful hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the doormen to the maids were super friendly. I had a very outstanding concierge, Yohanes Gema, who helped me with so many things.
Beautiful hotel, food was delicious with a huge breakfasf buffett.
I definitely would return to this hotel again.
Very clean rooms and excellent wifi.
Hotel bagus seperti biasa, makanan sahur meskipun diantar ke kamar tapi enak dan melimpah. Tapi recepcionist satu-satunya pelayanan terjelek, terutama waktu saya mau cek in kembali tanggal 17-3-2025, saat mau registrasi, ktp saya malah dikembalikan dan disuruh datang lagi jam 2. Padahal di hotel manapun di dunia, tetap dilayani dulu, diregjsttasi dulu, baru nunggu ketersediaan kamar. Umumnya kalau enggak penuh sebelum waktu check in jam 2 udah ada. Ini pelayanan resepsenis terjelek sepanjang pengalaman saya menginap di dalam maupun luar negeri. MEMALUKAN.
