Such a lovely little hotel, you can tell everything is done with love and care for the hotel. They absolutely went above and beyond for me with my late arrival after their check in closed. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are clean and smart for an older hotel with a lovely high pressure shower. I felt safe and welcome as a solo traveller. Location is an ideal stay over if you’re travelling a distance to northern Scotland, just over the border and from what I could tell from my short time in Jedburgh there would be plenty to do for a day or few days out with Kelso being a stones throw away too.

We received a walm welcome after walking 18 miles of the St. Cuthbert's Way. They have a boot room and you are encouraged to use it. The room was a decent size. The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked off most of the light. There is no restaurant or bar. The breakfast was OK, but the portions were a bit small for walkers. A decent overnight.

We had a great stay in this Jedburgh hotel. The room we had was large with a really comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and tidy with a large shower. Breakfast was good as well. The star of the show was the owner, Alec, he was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. He made the stay very easy and enjoyable.

We arrived to find out the hotel was up for sale but the sale had fallen through. We felt the owner was a bit dishearted and had not read our requirements for our room. The room was big enough shower door was broken but was fixed the following day. Breakfast is a limited choice no fresh fruit or yogurt and very small glasses for juice cranberry or orange. The young girl was lovely and friendly taken the breakfast orders and ot was freshly cooked. The owner was friendly and welcomed us. I would say this hotel was more like a B&B . There is also no hot food allowed into your room.

Amazing hotel owner very friendly couldn't do enough for us even carried our suitcases to our room and when we left carried them down stairs for us would highly reccomend this hotel situated very close to all shops cafes and pubs also rooms were spotlessly clean
