There is a first floor bathroom and a ground floor shower room. Outside, there is parking for two cars to the front and a small enclosed garden to the rear with table and BBQ. Great base for exploring the Borders and just walking out onto the farm to take in the stunning views and see our sheep and cattle and wildlife too. Located in Heiton, a small village just outside of Kelso in the Scottish Borders. A little over one hour drive from both Edinburgh and Newcastle. Kelso is a five minute drive away. Built in the early 18th century, the listed Floors Castle is the seat of the Duke of Roxburgh and one of the most popular tourist attractions in the region. Kelso is also home to the ruined Kelso Abbey as well as a number of other historic buildings dotted around the pretty market town.
