Decent room and clean hotel but shower water was lukewarm and bathroom was very sub par. No gym or pool open

Ok location and standards but not a winner
Check in time was listed from 14:00 PM, I arrived at 16:15 PM and had to wait until closer to 17:00 PM to get my room. At least they gave me complimentary breakfast one day as «compensation». The towel in my room made me look like a snowman after use. No hot water in the shower. Surely there must be better options around at the same price.

I came here because of these reviews but all not real...l do not recommend it at all...the smell of the bed sheets mattresses and the carpet are extremely bad..the smell of sewage is very strong inside the rooms and outside the building I tried to change the room but, the smell very disgusting, I came from UK(international flight) to have a rest and enjoy Jeddah city but this experience changed my whole mood …..the smell of mold in the rooms is very strong...l have asthma and it caused me asthma attacks ...I spoke to the reception and she was not cooperative at all and asked me leave if I didn't like or to increase the price because I changed the room...or leave the hotel that was very rude.. and she make in excuse as they have maintenance while the sewage truck on the front door, pay 200SR for worst service worst experience ever. I don't recommend it You will lose your money and your health

The hotel is quite , the room is decent size also there's small super market short walking distance also some stores to get quick meals
Nothing negative that is noticeable all worked out good for me Nothing negative i could remember ever i ever come back to jaddah i will choose the same hotel again
